But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am a man.”
But Peter made him get up. He told him, "Stand up! I'm only a man."
But Peter helped him up and said, "Stand up! I myself am also a man."
But Peter made him get up, saying, "Stand up! I, too, am only a man."
But Peter helped him up, saying, "Stand up. I too am a mere mortal."
But Peter raised him up, saying, "Stand up; I too am just a man."
But Peter made him get up. "Stand up," he said, "I am only a man myself."
But Peter pulled him up and said, "Stand up! I'm a human being just like you!"
But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up: I myself also am a man.
But Peter lifted him up. "Stand up," he said; "I myself also am but a man."
But Peter raised him up, saying, "Stand up! I myself am also a man."
But Peter lifted Cornelius up from the ground and he said to him, ‘Stand up. I am only a man, like you are.’
and Peter raised him, saying, `Stand up; I also myself am a man;'
But Peter raised him up and said, “Get up! I am just a man like you.”
But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up. For I myself am also a man.”
but Peter helped him up. Peter: Stand up, man! I am just a human being!
But Peter said, “Stand up! I’m not a god!”
But Peter helped him up, saying, “Stand up. I am only a man myself.”
But Peter raised him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am just a man.”
But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man.
But Peter lifted him up and said, “Stand up. I myself am also a man.”
But Peter raised him up, saying, Get up; I myself am also a man.
But Peter helped him up, saying, “Stand up. I too am only a human.”
They said, “Captain Cornelius, a God-fearing man well-known for his fair play—ask any Jew in this part of the country—was commanded by a holy angel to get you and bring you to his house so he could hear what you had to say.” Peter invited them in and made them feel at home. The next morning he got up and went with them. Some of his friends from Joppa went along. A day later they entered Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had his relatives and close friends waiting with him. The minute Peter came through the door, Cornelius was up on his feet greeting him—and then down on his face worshiping him! Peter pulled him up and said, “None of that—I’m a man and only a man, no different from you.”
But Peter helped him up and said, “Stand up! I too am just a man.”
· But Peter made him get up, saying, “Stand up; I myself am also just a man.”
But Peter made him get up, saying, “Stand up; I am only a mortal.”
But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up. For even I myself am a man.
But Peter made him rise. “Stand up,” he said, “I myself am only a man.”
But Peter raised him, and said, Arise thou, also I myself am a man, as thou. [Peter soothly raised him, saying, Rise, and I myself am a man, as and thou.]
“Get up!” said Peter, lifting him up. “I’m just a man, too.”
But Peter took hold of him and said, “Stand up! I am nothing more than a human.”
But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am a man.”
Then Peter invited them in and entertained them. On the next day he got up and set out with them, accompanied by some of the brothers from Joppa, arriving at Caesarea on the day after that. Cornelius was expecting them and had invited together all his relations and intimate friends. As Peter entered the house Cornelius met him by falling on his knees before him and worshipping him. But Peter roused him with the words, “Stand up, I am a human being too!”
But Peter made him get up, saying, “Stand up; I am only a mortal.”
But Peter made him get up, saying, ‘Stand up; I am only a mortal.’
But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Get up! Like you, I’m just a human.”
But Peter raised him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am only a man.”
But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am a man.”
Peter, however, raised him up, saying, “Get up. I myself am also a human being.”
But Peter helped him up, saying, “Stand up; I, too, am just a man.”
But Peter helped him up, saying, “Stand up. I too am only a ·human [mortal].”
But Peter pulled him up, saying, “Stand up! I too am just a man.”
But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am a man.”
But Peter made him get up. “Stand up,” he said. “I am only a man myself.”
But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man.
But Kefa pulled him to his feet and said, “Stand up! I myself am just a man.”
But Peter raised him up and said, `Please stand up. I too am only a man.
But Peter made him get up, saying, ‘Stand up; I am only a mortal.’
Kefa made him stand up, saying, "Get up. I myself am only a ben Adam like everyone else."
But Peter made him get up. He told him, “Stand up! I’m only a man.”
But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up. I myself am a man.”
But Peter told him to get up. Peter said, “Stand up! I am only a man like you.”
But Peter helped him up, saying, “Stand up! I too am only a man.”
But Peter helped him up, saying, “Get up! I myself am also a man!”
But Peter made him get up. ‘Stand up,’ he said, ‘I am only a man myself.’
But Peter raised him, saying, “Stand up. I myself also am a man”.
