et quomodo nos audivimus unusquisque lingua nostra in qua nati sumus
And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
And how hear we every man in our own tongue, in which we were born?
And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born?
And how then do we each hear them speaking in our own tongue wherein we were born?
And how hear we, every man in our own language wherein we were born?
“How are we hearing, everyone, his own dialect in which we were born?”
and how do we hear them each in our own dialect in which we have been born,
And how have we heard, every man our own tongue wherein we were born?
And how hear we, every man in our own language, wherein we were born?
And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language?
Why do we hear them speaking in our native dialects?
How is it that each of us can hear in our own native language?
So how is it that each one of us hears them speaking in his own native language:
And how is it that each one of us hears them in our own native language?
"And how is it that we each hear them in our own language to which we were born?
Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language?
and yet we hear them speaking in our own native languages!
And how do we hear every man in our own language, wherein we were born?
How then does each of us hear his own native language spoken by them?
How do we hear, everyone in our own native language?
But each of us can hear them speak in the language of our own home country. How can this happen?
and how do we hear, each in our proper dialect, in which we were born?
How is it that each one of us can hear his own language?
“How then do we each hear our own language, with which we were born?
How in the world do we all hear our native languages being spoken?
and yet we hear them speaking all the native languages of the lands where we were born!
How is it then that each of us hears them in his own native language?
And how is it that we each hear them in our own language in which we were born?
And how do we hear each one speak in our own tongue, with which we were brought up?
How is it that each of us can hear them in our own native language?
Then how is it that we hear, each of us, in our own (particular) dialect to which we were born?
Then how is it possible that we each hear them in our own languages? We are from different places:
There were many Jews staying in Jerusalem just then, devout pilgrims from all over the world. When they heard the sound, they came on the run. Then when they heard, one after another, their own mother tongues being spoken, they were blown away. They couldn’t for the life of them figure out what was going on, and kept saying, “Aren’t these all Galileans? How come we’re hearing them talk in our various mother tongues? Parthians, Medes, and Elamites; Visitors from Mesopotamia, Judea, and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya belonging to Cyrene; Immigrants from Rome, both Jews and proselytes; Even Cretans and Arabs! “They’re speaking our languages, describing God’s mighty works!”
Then how is it that each of us hears them speaking in his own native language?
And how do we hear, each of us in his own language to which he was born?
And how is it that we hear, each of us, in our own native language?
And how is that we hear each his own tongue in which he was born?
How is it, then, that all of us hear them speaking in our own native languages?
and how heard we each man our language in which we be born? [and how we heard each man his tongue in which we be born?]
“So how is it that each of us can hear them in our own mother tongues?
Then why do we hear them speaking our very own languages?
And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language?
Now there were staying in Jerusalem Jews of deep faith from every nation of the world. When they heard this sound a crowd quickly collected and were completely bewildered because each one of them heard these men speaking in his own language. They were absolutely amazed and said in their astonishment, “Listen, surely all these speakers are Galileans? Then how does it happen that every single one of us can hear the particular language he has known from a child? There are Parthians, Medes and Elamites; there are men whose homes are in Mesopotamia, in Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus, Asia, Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, and the parts of Africa near Cyrene, as well as visitors from Rome! There are Jews and proselytes, men from Crete and men from Arabia, yet we can all hear these men speaking of the magnificence of God in our native language.”
And how is it that we hear, each of us, in our own native language?
And how is it that we hear, each of us, in our own native language?
How then can each of us hear them speaking in our native language?
Then how is it that each of us hears in our own language or native dialect?
And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language?
Then how does each of us hear them in his own native language?
And how is it that we each hear them in our own language to which we were born?
Then how is it possible that we each hear them in our own [native] languages? We are:
How is it that we each hear our own birth language?
