These people are blockheads! Their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their heart and turn, so that I should heal them.’

‘Go to this people and tell them: You will listen and you will hear, but you will not understand. You will look and you will see, but you will not understand what you see.
‘Go to this people and say: You will listen and listen, but you will not understand. You will look and look, but you will not learn.
