of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your offspring be named.”
of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your offspring be named.”
God had said to him, "Through Isaac your descendants will carry on your name."
God had said to him, "Through Isaac your descendants will carry on your name."

with regard to whom he had been told, "It is through Isaac that your posterity shall be traced."
even he to whom it was said, "In Isaac will your seed be called;"
even he to whom it was said, "In Isaac will your seed be called;"
God had said to Abraham, ‘It is through Isaac that your family will continue.’
of whom it was said -- `In Isaac shall a seed be called to thee;'
God had said to Abraham, “Your family will come from Isaac.”
(to whom it was said, “In Isaac shall your seed be called.”)
God had told him, “It is through Isaac that your descendants will bear your name,”
yes, to slay even Isaac, through whom God had promised to give Abraham a whole nation of descendants!
of whom he had been told, “Through Isaac descendants shall bear your name.”
to whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called.”
of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called,
the one to whom it had been said, Your offspring will be traced through Isaac.
Of whom it was said, Through Isaac shall your descendants be reckoned.
God had said, “The descendants I promised you will be from Isaac.”
By faith, Abraham, at the time of testing, offered Isaac back to God. Acting in faith, he was as ready to return the promised son, his only son, as he had been to receive him—and this after he had already been told, “Your descendants shall come from Isaac.” Abraham figured that if God wanted to, he could raise the dead. In a sense, that’s what happened when he received Isaac back, alive from off the altar.
about whom it was said, “Through Isaac your offspring will be traced.”
of whom he had been told, “It is through Isaac that descendants will be named for you.”
of whom he had been told, “It is through Isaac that descendants shall be named for you.”
(of whom it was said: In Isaac shall your seed be called),
God had said to him, “It is through Isaac that you will have the descendants I promised.”
to whom it was said, For in Isaac the seed shall be called to thee.
the one about whom it had been said that “In Isaac shall your family be named.”
Abraham had been promised that Isaac, his only son, would continue his family. But when Abraham was tested, he had faith and was willing to sacrifice Isaac,
of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your descendants be named.”
It was by faith that Abraham, when put to the test, made a sacrifice of Isaac. Yes, the man who had heard God’s promises was prepared to offer up his only son of whom it had been said ‘In Isaac your seed shall be called’. He believed that God could raise his son up, even if he were dead. And he did, in a manner of speaking, receive him back from death.
of whom he had been told, “It is through Isaac that descendants shall be named for you.”
of whom he had been told, ‘It is through Isaac that descendants shall be named after you.’
He had been told concerning him, Your legitimate descendants will come from Isaac.
to whom it was said, “Through Isaac your descendants shall be called.”
of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your offspring be named.”
of whom it was said, “Through Isaac descendants shall bear your name.”
it was he to whom it was said, “Through Isaac your descendants shall be named.”
God had said, “·The descendants I promised you will be from Isaac [Through Isaac your offspring/seed will carry on your name; Gen. 21:12].”
the one about whom it was said, “Through Isaac offspring shall be named for you.”
of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your descendants be named.”
God had said to him, “Your family line will continue through Isaac.” (Genesis 21:12) Even so, Abraham was going to offer him up.
Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:
to whom it had been said, “What is called your ‘seed’ will be in Yitz’chak.”
God had said to Abraham, `Isaac's children will be called your family.'
of whom he had been told, ‘It is through Isaac that descendants shall be named after you.’
This was Avraham Avinu, about whom it was said KI VEYITZCHAK YIKARE LECHA ZERA ("In Yitzchak will be called your seed" BERESHIS 21:12).
God had said to him, “Through Isaac your descendants will carry on your name.”
Of him God said, “Through Isaac shall your seed be named.”
God tested Abraham’s faith. God told him to offer Isaac as a sacrifice. Abraham obeyed because he had faith. He already had the promises from God. And God had already said to him, “It is through Isaac that your descendants will come.” But Abraham was ready to offer his only son. He did this because he had faith.
God had said, “The descendants I promised you will be from Isaac.”
with reference to whom it was said, “In Isaac your descendants will be named,”
even though God had said to him, ‘It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.’
with-regard-to whom it was said [in Gen 21:12] that “In Isaac a seed will be called for you”,
