adhuc enim in lumbis patris erat quando obviavit ei Melchisedech
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
for he was yet in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
for he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father when he met Melchizedek.
For he was yet in the loins of his father when he met Melchizedek.
For he was yet in the loins of his father when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedech met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedech met him.
for he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
for he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
Even though Levi had not yet been born, he was in the body of Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
Even though Levi had not yet been born, he was in the body of Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still within his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still within his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
because Levi was still inside his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
because Levi was still inside his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
For he was still in his ancestor Abraham's loins when Melchizedek met him.
For he was still in his ancestor Abraham's loins when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in the body of his ancestor.
because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in the body of his ancestor.
For although Levi wasn't born yet, the seed from which he came was in Abraham's body when Melchizedek collected the tithe from him.
For although Levi wasn't born yet, the seed from which he came was in Abraham's body when Melchizedek collected the tithe from him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
for Levi was yet in the loins of his forefather when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for Levi was yet in the loins of his forefather when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for he was yet in the body of his father when Melchizedek met him.
for he was yet in the body of his father when Melchizedek met him.
The Levite priests receive their gifts from the people. But we could say that Levi himself gave a tenth part of what he had to Melchizedek. When Abraham gave his tenth part to Melchizedek, it was like Levi was there inside him. At that time, Levi was not yet born, but Abraham was his ancestor.
for he was yet in the loins of the father when Melchisedek met him.
Levi was not yet born. He was still inside Abraham’s body when Abraham paid Melchizedek.
For he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
because he was still unborn and only a part of his ancestor when Abraham met Melchizedek.
For although Levi wasn’t born yet, the seed from which he came was in Abraham when Abraham paid the tithes to Melchizedek.
inasmuch as he was still in his father’s loins when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
for he was still within his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
For he was still in the loins of his forefather [Abraham] when Melchizedek met him [Abraham].
Levi was not yet born, but he was in the body of his ancestor when Melchizedek met Abraham.
Or look at it this way: We pay our tithes to priests who die, but Abraham paid tithes to a priest who, the Scripture says, “lives.” Ultimately you could even say that since Levi descended from Abraham, who paid tithes to Melchizedek, when we pay tithes to the priestly tribe of Levi they end up with Melchizedek.
because he was still in the body of his forefather when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
For he was yet in the loins of his father Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
For Levi had not yet been born, but was, so to speak, in the body of his ancestor Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
and yet he was in his father's loins, when Melchisedec met him.
He was still in his ancestor’s loins, you see, when Melchizedek met him.
This is because Levi was born later into the family of Abraham, who gave a tenth to Melchizedek.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchiz′edek met him.
Now notice the greatness of this man. Even Abraham the patriarch pays him a tribute of a tenth part of the spoils. Further, we know that, according to the Law, the descendants of Levi who accept the office of priest have the right to demand a “tenth” from the people, that is from their brothers, despite the fact that the latter are descendants of Abraham. But here we have one who is quite independent of Levitic ancestry taking a “tenth” from Abraham, and giving a blessing to Abraham, the holder of God’s promises! And no one can deny that the receiver of a blessing is inferior to the one who gives it. Again, in the one case it is mortal men who receive the “tenths”, and in the other is one who, we are assured, is alive. One might say that even Levi, the proper receiver of “tenths”, has paid his tenth to this man, for in a sense he already existed in the body of his father Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
because he was still in his ancestor’s body when Abraham paid the tenth to Melchizedek.
for Levi was still in the loins (unborn) of his forefather [Abraham] when Melchizedek met him (Abraham).
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in his father’s loins when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his forefather when Melchizedek met him.
Levi was not yet born, but he was in the ·body [loins] of his ancestor when Melchizedek met Abraham [C the Levitical priesthood is considered inferior to Melchizedek’s (and Christ’s) priesthood, since Levi paid tithes to Melchizedek through his ancestor Abraham].
for he was still in his father’s loins when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchiz′edek met him.
That’s because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in Abraham’s body.
For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
inasmuch as he was still in his ancestor Avraham’s body when Malki-Tzedek met him.
He was not yet born when Melchizedek met Abraham.
for he was still in the loins of his ancestor when Melchizedek met him.
For Levi was still in the loins of his ancestor Avraham when Malki-Tzedek met Avraham Avinu.
Even though Levi had not yet been born, he was in the body of Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met Abraham.
Levi was not yet born, but he already existed in his ancestor Abraham when Melchizedek met him.
Levi was not yet born. But Levi was in the body of his ancestor Abraham when Melchizedek met Abraham.
For he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in the body of his ancestor.
For he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him!
