He made this request in order that the words He had spoken might be fulfilled, "As for those whom Thou hast given me, I have not lost one."

Jesus said this because earlier he had said, ‘I have lost none of those people that you gave to me.’ This made what he had spoken earlier really happen.

He said this so the words He spoke might happen, “I have not lost one of those You gave Me.”
This was so that the word might be fulfilled which He spoke, ‘Of those whom You gave Me, I have lost none.’
This happened to fulfill the promise He made that none of those entrusted to Him will be lost.
He did this to carry out the prophecy he had just made, “I have not lost a single one of those you gave me. . . . ”
This was to fulfill the word he had spoken, “I did not lose any of those you gave me.”
in order that the word which He spoke would be fulfilled, “Of those whom You have given Me, I lost not one.”

“I told you,” said Jesus, “that’s me. I’m the one. So if it’s me you’re after, let these others go.” (This validated the words in his prayer, “I didn’t lose one of those you gave.”)
This was to fulfill the statement he had spoken: “I did not lose any of those you have given me.”
This was to fulfill the word that he had spoken, “I have not lost a single one of those whom you have given me.”
This was to fulfill the word that he had spoken, “I did not lose a single one of those whom you gave me.”
This was to fulfil the saying that he had spoken: Of those whom you gave me, I have not lost one.
( He said this so that what he had said might come true: “Father, I have not lost even one of those you gave me.”)

(He said this so as to fulfill the word he had spoken, when he said, “I haven’t lost any of the people you gave me.”)

“I have told you that I am the man,” replied Jesus. “If I am the man you are looking for, let these others go.” (Thus fulfilling his previous words, “I have not lost one of those whom you gave me.”)

In this way what Yeshua had said came true: “I lost none of those you gave me.”

This was to show the truth of what Jesus said earlier: “I have not lost anyone you gave me.”
This happened so that the words Jesus said before might come true: “I have not lost any of the men you gave me.”
in order that the word that he had spoken would be fulfilled: “Those whom you have given to me—I have not lost anyone of them.”
This happened so that the words he had spoken would be fulfilled: ‘I have not lost one of those you gave me.’
in order that the word which He spoke might be fulfilled, that “The ones whom You have given Me— I did not lose any of them”.
