ἐπύθετο οὖν ⸂τὴν ὥραν παρʼ αὐτῶν⸃ ἐν ᾗ κομψότερον ἔσχεν· ⸂εἶπαν οὖν⸃ αὐτῷ ὅτι ⸀Ἐχθὲς ὥραν ἑβδόμην ἀφῆκεν αὐτὸν ὁ πυρετός.

Then inquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said to him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

He asked them when the boy had begun to get better, and they replied, "Yesterday afternoon at one o'clock his fever suddenly disappeared!"

Then he inquired of them the hour when he began to amend: and they said to him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

So he inquired of them at what hour he had shown improvement. "Yesterday, about seven o'clock," they replied, "the fever left him."

So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. They said therefore to him, "Yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him."

He asked them, ‘At what time did he start to get well?’ They told him, ‘It was yesterday afternoon, at one o'clock. Then his body was no longer hot.’

Not only he but his entire household believed. This was now the second sign Jesus gave after having come from Judea into Galilee.

So he asked them the hour when he began to mend, and they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”

On the journey back his servants met him with the report, “Your son is alive and well.” So he asked them at what time he had begun to recover, and they replied: “The fever left him yesterday at one o’clock in the afternoon”. Then the father knew that this must have happened at the very moment when Jesus had said to him, “Your son is alive and well.” And he and his whole household believed in Jesus. This, then, was the second sign that Jesus gave on his return from Judea to Galilee.

The father knew that was the time when Jesus said to him `Your son will not die.' So he and all his family believed in Jesus.

Therefore, the man inquired from them the sha’ah (hour, time) in which the yeled began to recover. Then they said to him, Etmol (yesterday) at the sha’ah hashevi’it (seventh hour) the fever left him.

The official asked them at what time his son got better. His servants told him, “The fever left him yesterday evening at seven o’clock.”

When he inquired of them the hour when he began to heal, they answered, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”

The man asked, “What time did my son begin to get well?” They answered, “It was about one o’clock yesterday when the fever left him.”

The man asked, “What time did my son begin to get well?” They answered, “It was about one o’clock yesterday when the fever left him.”

So he inquired from them the hour at which he had gotten better. Then they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”

When he enquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, ‘Yesterday, at one in the afternoon, the fever left him.’

So he inquired from them the hour at which he got better. So they said to him that “The fever left him yesterday at the seventh hour”.
