And behold, he speaketh openly, and they say nothing to him. Have the rulers known for a truth, that this is the Christ?
And lo, he speaketh openly, and they say nothing unto him. Can it be that the rulers indeed know that this is the Christ?
And here he is, speaking openly, and they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Christ?
But look at this! He's speaking in public, and no one is saying anything to him! Can it be that the rulers really know that this man is the Messiah?
Yet, look! He's speaking publicly and they're saying nothing to Him. Can it be true that the authorities know He is the Messiah?

Yet here he is, speaking publicly, and they are saying nothing to him. Do the rulers really know that this man is the Christ?

Here he is, speaking publicly, and they are not saying a word to him. Have the authorities really concluded that he is the Messiah?
But here he is, speaking in public, and they say nothing to him. Could our leaders possibly believe that he is the Messiah?

Behold, he speaks openly, and they say nothing to him. Can it be that the rulers indeed know that this is truly the Christ?
But look! He is speaking to the crowds, and the leaders are not saying anything against him! Perhaps they really think that he is the Messiah!
and, lo, he doth speak freely, and they say nothing to him; did the rulers at all know truly that this is truly the Christ?
But see! This Man is speaking out in the open. They are saying nothing to Him. Do the leaders know this is the true Christ?
“And behold, He speaks openly, and they say nothing to Him. Do the rulers really know that this is truly the Christ?
But here He is, speaking out in the open to the crowd, while they have not spoken a word to stop or challenge Him. Do these leaders now believe He is the Anointed One?
But here he is preaching in public, and they say nothing to him. Can it be that our leaders have learned, after all, that he really is the Messiah?
And yet he is speaking publicly, and they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities realize that he is the Christ?
And look, He is speaking openly, and they are saying nothing to Him. Do the rulers truly know that this is the Christ?
But, behold, he speaks boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Have the rulers truly understood that this is indeed the Christ?
Yet, look, he’s speaking publicly and they’re saying nothing to him. Can it be true that the authorities know he is the Messiah?
And here He is speaking openly, and they say nothing to Him! Can it be possible that the rulers have discovered and know that this is truly the Christ?
But he is teaching where everyone can see and hear him, and no one is trying to stop him. Maybe the leaders have decided he really is the Christ.
That’s when some of the people of Jerusalem said, “Isn’t this the one they were out to kill? And here he is out in the open, saying whatever he pleases, and no one is stopping him. Could it be that the rulers know that he is, in fact, the Messiah? And yet we know where this man came from. The Messiah is going to come out of nowhere. Nobody is going to know where he comes from.”
Yet, look! He’s speaking openly, and they don’t say a thing to him. Certainly the rulers have not concluded that he is the Christ, have they?
And look, he is speaking boldly and they are saying nothing to him. Is it possible that our rulers know for sure that this man is the Christ?
And here he is, speaking openly, but they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Messiah?

Look! He is talking in public, and they say nothing against him! Can it be that they really know that he is the Messiah?
and lo! he speaketh openly, and they say nothing to him. Whether the princes know verily, that this is Christ?
Look—he’s speaking quite openly, and nobody is saying anything to him. You don’t suppose our rulers really know he’s the Messiah, do you?
Yet here he is, speaking for everyone to hear. And no one is arguing with him. Do you suppose the authorities know he is the Messiah?
And here he is, speaking openly, and they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Christ?
Some of the people of Jerusalem, hearing him talk like this, were saying, “Isn’t this the man whom they are trying to kill? It’s amazing—he talks quite openly and they haven’t a word to say to him. Surely our rulers haven’t decided that this really is Christ! But then, we know this man and where he comes from—when Christ comes, no one will know where he comes from.”
And here he is, speaking openly, but they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Messiah?

But he is ·teaching where everyone can see and hear him [L speaking publicly], and no one is ·trying to stop [L saying anything to] him. Maybe the ·leaders [rulers; authorities] have ·decided [come to recognize] he really is the ·Christ [Messiah].
Look, He speaks openly and they’re saying nothing to Him. Can it be that the leaders know He is the Messiah?

See, he does not fear to speak and yet they say nothing to him! Do the rulers really know that this man is the Christ?
And here he is, speaking openly, but they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Messiah?
And, hinei, he speaks publicly and they say nothing to him. Perhaps the manhigim (the gedolim of Judaism) have da’as that this man is the Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach?
But look at this! He’s speaking in public, and no one is saying anything to him! Can it be that the rulers really know that this man is the Messiah?
Look! He speaks publicly, and they say nothing to Him. Do the rulers indeed know that this is really the Christ?
But he is teaching where everyone can see and hear him. And no one is trying to stop him from teaching. Maybe the leaders have decided that he really is the Messiah.
