The Pharisees left the meeting place immediately. They went to meet with some other people who were friends with the ruler, Herod. The Pharisees talked with them about how they could kill Jesus.

The proud religious law-keepers went out and made plans with the followers of King Herod how they might kill Jesus.

The Pharisees went directly from the synagogue to consult with the supporters of Herod, the Romans’ puppet ruler, about how they could get rid of this dangerous dreamer.
At once the Pharisees went away and met with the Herodians to discuss plans for killing Jesus.

The Pharisees got out as fast as they could, sputtering about how they would join forces with Herod’s followers and ruin him.

There was a dead silence. Then Jesus, deeply hurt as he sensed their inhumanity, looked round in anger at the faces surrounding him, and said to the man, “Stretch out your hand!” And he stretched it out, and the hand was restored as sound as the other one. The Pharisees walked straight out and discussed with Herod’s party how they could have Jesus put out of the way.

The Pharisees left, and with Herod’s followers they immediately plotted to kill Yeshua.

And having gone out, the Pharisees immediately were giving counsel against Him with the Herodians so that they might destroy Him.
