"His son replied, 'I don't want to!' But later he changed his mind and went.
"He answered, I don't want to!' Yet later he changed his mind and went.
His son replied, 'I don't want to,' but later he changed his mind and went.
The boy answered, 'I will not.' But later he had a change of heart and went.
"And he answered, 'I will not'; but afterward he regretted it and went.
"'I will not,' he answered, but later he changed his mind and went.
The son answered, 'No, I won't go,' but later he changed his mind and went anyway.
He answered and said, I will not; but afterward he repented, and went.
"'I will not,' he replied. "But afterwards he was sorry, and went.
He answered, 'I will not,' but afterward he changed his mind, and went.
The older son replied, “I do not want to go and work there today.” But after he had said that, he did go and work in the field.
And he answering said, `I will not,' but at last, having repented, he went.
He said, ‘I will go.’ But he did not go.
“But he answered, and said, ‘I will not.’ But later he changed his mind and went.
First Son: No, I will not. But later the first son changed his mind and went.
‘I won’t,’ he answered, but later he changed his mind and went.
He answered, ‘I will not,’ but later he had a change of heart and went.
And he answered and said, ‘I will not’; but afterward he regretted it and went.

“He answered, ‘I don’t want to,’ but later he changed his mind and went.

“ ‘Don’t want to,’ replied the son; but afterwards he thought better of it and went.
His son told him he would not do it, but later he changed his mind and went.
And he answered, ‘I will not’; but afterward he repented and went.
“But what is your opinion about this? There was a man with two sons. He went to the first and said, ‘Go and work in my vineyard today, my son,’ he said, ‘All right, sir’—but he never went near it. Then his father approached the second son with the same request. He said, ‘I won’t.’ But afterwards he changed his mind and went. Which of these two did what their father wanted?” “The second one,” they replied. “Yes, and I tell you that tax-collectors and prostitutes are going into the kingdom of God in front of you!” retorted Jesus. “For John came to you as a saint, and you did not believe him—yet the tax-collectors and the prostitutes did! And, even after seeing that, you would not change your minds and believe him.”

The son said, "No, I will not go." But he changed his mind and went.

The son answered, ‘I will not go.’ But later the son decided he should go, and he went.
And he answered and said, ‘I do not want to!’ But later he changed his mind and went.
‘“I will not,” he answered, but later he changed his mind and went.
And the one, having responded, said, ‘I will not’. But having regretted it later, he went.
