"The man with two bags of gold also came. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.'

"The servant who had received the two bags of silver came forward and said, 'Master, you gave me two bags of silver to invest, and I have earned two more.'

He also that had received two talents came, and said, Lord, thou deliveredst to me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents besides them.

"The second, who had received the two talents, came and said, "'Sir, it was two talents you entrusted to me: see, I have gained two more.'

"He also who got the two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents. Behold, I have gained another two talents besides them.'

The servant who had received 2,000 gold coins also came to his master. The servant said, “Master, you gave me 2,000 gold coins. Now I have an extra 2,000 gold coins.”

`And he who also did receive the two talents having come, said, Sir, two talents thou didst deliver to me; lo, other two talents I did gain besides them.

The one who received two pieces of money worth much came also. He said, ‘Sir, you gave me two pieces of money. See! I used it and made two more pieces.’

“Also, the one who had received two talents came, and said, ‘Master, you handed over to me two talents. Behold, I have gained another two talents more.’

Then the slave who had been given two talents came forward and told his master how he’d turned two into four, and he handed all four talents to his master.

“Next came the man who had received the $2,000, with the report, ‘Sir, you gave me $2,000 to use, and I have doubled it.’

“Next, the one who had received the two talents also came forward and said, ‘Master, you gave me two talents. Behold, I have gained two more.’

“Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you handed two talents over to me. See, I have gained two more talents.’

He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou didst deliver unto me two talents; behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

“The man with two talents also approached. He said, ‘Master, you gave me two talents. See, I’ve earned two more talents.’

And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, Master, you entrusted two talents to me; here I have gained two talents more.

“Then the servant who had been given two bags of gold came to the master and said, ‘Master, you gave me two bags of gold to care for, so I used your two bags to earn two more.’

“The servant with the two thousand showed how he also had doubled his master’s investment. His master commended him: ‘Good work! You did your job well. From now on be my partner.’

“The servant who received the two talents came and said, ‘Master, you entrusted me with two talents. See, I have gained two more talents.’

· The one who had received the two talents also came, saying, “Master, you entrusted two talents to me. Look, I have gained two more.’

And the one with the two talents also came forward, saying, ‘Master, you handed over to me two talents; see, I have made two more talents.’

Also he who received two talents came and said, Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have won two other talents with them.

Then the servant who had been given two thousand coins came in and said, ‘You gave me two thousand coins, sir. Look! Here are another two thousand that I have earned.’

And he that had taken two talents, came, and said, Lord, thou betookest to me two bezants; lo! I have won over other twain.

“Then the man who had had the two talents came forward. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you gave me two talents. Look: I’ve made another two!’

Next, the servant who had been given 2,000 coins came in and said, “Sir, you gave me 2,000 coins, and I have earned 2,000 more.”

And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here I have made two talents more.’

“Some years later the master of these servants arrived and went into the accounts with them. The one who had the five thousand pounds came in and brought him an additional five thousand with the words, ‘You gave me five thousand pounds, sir; look, I’ve increased it by another five thousand.’ ‘Well done!’ said his master, ‘you’re a sound, reliable servant. You’ve been trustworthy over a few things, now I’m going to put you in charge of much more. Come in and share your master’s rejoicing.’ Then the servant who had received two thousand pounds came in and said, ‘You gave me two thousand pounds, sir; look, here’s two thousand more that I’ve managed to make by it.’ ‘Well done!’ said his master, ‘you’re a sound, reliable servant. You’ve been trustworthy over a few things, now I’m going to put you in charge of many. Come in and share your master’s pleasure.’

And the one with the two talents also came forward, saying, ‘Master, you handed over to me two talents; see, I have made two more talents.’

And the one with the two talents also came forward, saying, “Master, you handed over to me two talents; see, I have made two more talents.”

“The second servant also came forward and said, ‘Master, you gave me two valuable coins. Look, I’ve gained two more.’

“Also the one who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have [made a profit and] gained two more talents.’

And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here I have made two talents more.’

[Then] the one who had received two talents also came forward and said, ‘Master, you gave me two talents. See, I have made two more.’

“Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have earned two more talents.’

“Then the servant who had been given two ·bags of gold [L talents] came to the master and said, ‘Master, you ·gave me [trusted me with] two ·bags of gold [L talents] to care for, ·so I used your two bags to earn [L see, I have earned] two more.’

“The one who had received the two talents also came up and said, ‘Master, you handed me two talents. Look, I’ve gained two more.’

And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here I have made two talents more.’

“The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you trusted me with two bags of gold. See, I have earned two more.’

He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

Also the one who had received two came forward and said, ‘Sir, you gave me two talents; here, I have made two more.’

`The servant who had been given two bags of money came and said to his master, "Sir, you gave me two bags of money. I have made two bags more money."

And the one with the two talents also came forward, saying, “Master, you handed over to me two talents; see, I have made two more talents.”

And having come forward, the one having received two talents, said, You bestowed upon me two talents. Hinei! Two more talents I gained.

And the one who had the two talents also came up and said, ‘Master, you handed over to me two talents. See, I have gained two talents more!’

‘The man with two bags of gold also came. “Master,” he said, “you entrusted me with two bags of gold: see, I have gained two more.”

And also having come to him, the one having received the two talents said, ‘Master, you handed over two talents to me. Look, I gained another two talents’.
