Πᾶς οὖν ὅστις ἀκούει μου τοὺς λόγους τούτους καὶ ποιεῖ αὐτούς, ⸀ὁμοιωθήσεται ἀνδρὶ φρονίμῳ, ὅστις ᾠκοδόμησεν ⸂αὐτοῦ τὴν οἰκίαν⸃ ἐπὶ τὴν πέτραν.

Pas oun ostis akouei mou tous logous toutous kai poiei autous, romoiothesetai andri phronimo, ostis okodomesen [?]autou ten oikian[?] epi ten petran.

omnis ergo qui audit verba mea haec et facit ea adsimilabitur viro sapienti qui aedificavit domum suam supra petram

Therefore whoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, which built his house on a rock:

Every one therefore that heareth these words of mine, and doeth them, shall be likened unto a wise man, who built his house upon the rock:

Everyone therefore who hears these my words, and does them, will be likened to the wise man who built his house on solid rock.

Whoever therefore hears these my words and does them, I will liken him to a prudent man, who built his house upon the rock;

Every one therefore that heareth these my words, and doth them, shall be likened to a wise man that built his house upon a rock,

Every one therefore which heareth these words of mine, and doeth them, shall be likened unto a wise man, which built his house upon the rock:

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

"Therefore, everyone who hears what I say and obeys it will be like a wise person who built a house on rock.

"Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on the rock.

"Therefore, everyone who listens to these messages of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on a rock.

"Everyone who hears these words of mine and does them is like a wise man who built his house on rock.

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

"Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock.

Therefore whoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house upon a rock:

"Every one who hears these my teachings and acts upon them will be found to resemble a wise man who builds his house upon rock;

"Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock.

Jesus then said, ‘Some people listen to my message and they obey it. Those people are like a wise man who built his house on rock.

`Therefore, every one who doth hear of me these words, and doth do them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house upon the rock;

“Whoever hears these words of Mine and does them, will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.

“Whoever then hears these words, and does the same, will be like a wise man who has built his house on a rock.

Those people who are listening to Me, those people who hear what I say and live according to My teachings—you are like a wise man who built his house on a rock, on a firm foundation.

“All who listen to my instructions and follow them are wise, like a man who builds his house on solid rock.

“Everyone who hears these words of mine and acts in accordance with them will be like a wise man who constructed his house on a rock foundation.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and does them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.

Therefore, whosoever hears these words of mine and does them, I will liken him unto a prudent man, who built his house upon the rock;

“Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be like a sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock.

“Everyone who hears my words and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on rock.

“These words I speak to you are not incidental additions to your life, homeowner improvements to your standard of living. They are foundational words, words to build a life on. If you work these words into your life, you are like a smart carpenter who built his house on solid rock. Rain poured down, the river flooded, a tornado hit—but nothing moved that house. It was fixed to the rock.

“Everyone who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on bedrock.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine, · and does them, is like the wise man, who built his · house upon · rock.

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.

Whosoever hears these sayings of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on a rock.

“So then, anyone who hears these words of mine and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on rock.

Therefore every man that heareth these my words, and doeth them, shall be made like to a wise man, that hath builded his house on a stone.

Anyone who hears and obeys these teachings of mine is like a wise person who built a house on solid rock.

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a sensible man who builds his house on the rock. Down came the rain and up came the floods, while the winds blew and roared upon that house—and it did not fall because its foundations were on the rock.

“Everyone, then, who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.

‘Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.

“Everybody who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise builder who built a house on bedrock.

“So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, will be like a wise man [a far-sighted, practical, and sensible man] who built his house on the rock.

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

“Everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.

“Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts on them, will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

“Everyone who hears my words and ·obeys [acts on; practices] them is like a ·wise [sensible] man who built his house on rock.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

“Every one then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock;

“So then, everyone who hears my words and puts them into practice is like a wise man. He builds his house on the rock.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

“So, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on bedrock.

`Everyone who hears what I say and obeys me will be like a man who has good sense. He built his house on a rock.

‘Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.

Therefore, everyone who hears these dvarim (words) of mine and does them, is like a chacham (wise man) who built his bais (house) upon the Tzur (Rock).

“Therefore, everyone who hears what I say and obeys it will be like a wise person who built a house on rock.

“Whoever hears these sayings of Mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on a rock.

“Whoever hears these teachings of mine and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on rock.

“Everyone who hears these things I say and obeys them is like a wise man. The wise man built his house on rock.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
