Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but your disciples fast not?

Then come to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

Then the disciples of Yohannan approached him, and they were saying, “Why are we and the Pharisees fasting much, and your disciples are not fasting?”

Then come to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees often fast, but thy disciples fast not?

Then came to him the disciples of John, saying: Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but thy disciples do not fast?

Then come to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then John's disciples came to Jesus. They said, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often but your disciples never do?"

Then John's disciples came to Him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but Your disciples do not fast?"

Then John's disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don't fast?"

Then John's disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don't fast?"

Then the disciples of John came to Him, asking, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?"

Then John's disciples came and asked him, "How is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?"

One day the disciples of John the Baptist came to Jesus and asked him, "Why don't your disciples fast like we do and the Pharisees do?"

Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but thy disciples fast not?

At that time John's disciples came and asked Jesus, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not?"

Then John's disciples came to him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don't fast?"

Then the disciples of John the Baptist came to Jesus. They said to him, ‘We often decide to fast for a time. The disciples of the Pharisees also do that. Why do your disciples never do that?’

Then come to him do the disciples of John, saying, `Wherefore do we and the Pharisees fast much, and thy disciples fast not?'

Then the followers of John the Baptist came to Jesus. They asked, “Why do we and the proud religious law-keepers many times go without food so we can pray better? But Your followers never go without food so they can pray better.”

Then the disciples of John came to Him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees often fast, but Your disciples do not fast?”

And then some of the disciples of John came. John’s Disciples: What’s the story with fasting? We fast and the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast!

One day the disciples of John the Baptist came to Jesus and asked him, “Why don’t your disciples fast as we do and as the Pharisees do?”

Then the disciples of John came to him and asked, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast but your disciples do not do so?”

Then the disciples of John *came to Him, asking, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but thy disciples do not fast?

Then John’s disciples came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John came to Jesus, inquiring, Why is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, [that is, abstain from food and drink as a religious exercise], but Your disciples do not fast?

Then the followers of John came to Jesus and said, “Why do we and the Pharisees often fast for a certain time, but your followers don’t?”

A little later John’s followers approached, asking, “Why is it that we and the Pharisees rigorously discipline body and spirit by fasting, but your followers don’t?”

Then John’s disciples came to him and said, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast at all?”

Then the disciples of John came to him and asked, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast regularly, · but your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then John’s disciples came to him, asking, Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?

Then the followers of John the Baptist came to Jesus, asking, “Why is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don't fast at all?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, and said [Then the disciples of John came nigh to him, saying], Why we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

Then John’s disciples came to him with a question. “How come,” they asked, “we and the Pharisees fast frequently, but your disciples don’t fast at all?”

Some followers of John the Baptist came and asked Jesus, “Why do we and the Pharisees often go without eating, while your disciples never do?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then John’s disciples approached him with the question, “Why is it that we and the Pharisees observe the fasts, but your disciples do nothing of the kind?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, ‘Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?’

At that time John’s disciples came and asked Jesus, “Why do we and the Pharisees frequently fast, but your disciples never fast?”

Then the disciples of John [the Baptist] came to Jesus, asking, “Why do we and the Pharisees often fast [as a religious exercise], but Your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John approached him and said, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast [much], but your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John *came to Him, asking, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?”

Then the ·followers [disciples] of John [C the Baptist] came to Jesus and said, “Why do we and the Pharisees often fast [C giving up eating for spiritual purposes], but your ·followers [disciples] don’t?”

Then John’s disciples came to Him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?”

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?”

One day John’s disciples came. They said to Jesus, “We and the Pharisees often go without eating. Why don’t your disciples go without eating?”

Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

Next, Yochanan’s talmidim came to him and asked, “Why is it that we and the P’rushim fast frequently, but your talmidim don’t fast at all?”

Then John's disciples came to Jesus. They said, `We and the Pharisees fast. Why do your disciples not do the same?'

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, ‘Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?’

Then Yochanan’s talmidim approached Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, saying, Why do we and the Perushim often undergo tzomot (fasts), but your talmidim do not undergo tzomot?

Then John’s disciples came to Yeshua. They said, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often but your disciples never do?”

Then the disciples of John came to Him, asking, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but Your disciples do not fast?”

Then the followers of John came to Jesus and said, “We and the Pharisees fast often, but your followers don’t ever fast. Why?”

Then the followers of John came to Jesus. They said to Jesus, “We and the Pharisees often give up eating. But your followers don’t. Why?”

Then the disciples of John approached him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”

Then John’s disciples came and asked him, ‘How is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?’

Then the disciples of John come to Him, saying “For what reason are we and the Pharisees fasting often, but Your disciples are not fasting?”
