Then the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn for her because no one buys their cargo any longer--

"The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore--
The merchants of the world will weep and mourn for her, for there is no one left to buy their goods.
And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
And the merchants of the earth weep aloud and lament over her, because now there is no sale for their cargoes--
The merchants of the earth weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise any more;
The traders of this world will also be very sad. They will weep because nobody will buy their things any more.
`And the merchants of the earth shall weep and sorrow over her, because their lading no one doth buy any more;
The men of the earth who buy and sell are sorry for her and cry. They cry because there is no one to buy their things anymore.
And the merchants of the earth shall weep and wail over her. For no one buys their wares anymore.
And the merchants and the magnates of the earth weep and mourn over her demise because no one is buying their goods any longer:
The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn for her, for there is no one left to buy their goods.
“The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, since no one buys their cargo anymore:
“And the merchants of the earth cry and mourn over her, because no one buys their cargo anymore—
And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore:
The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, because no one buys their cargo any longer—
And earth’s businessmen will weep and grieve over her because no one buys their freight (cargo) any more.
And the merchants of the earth will cry and be sad about her, because now there is no one to buy their cargoes—
“The traders will cry and carry on because the bottom dropped out of business, no more market for their goods: gold, silver, precious gems, pearls; fabrics of fine linen, purple, silk, scarlet; perfumed wood and vessels of ivory, precious woods, bronze, iron, and marble; cinnamon and spice, incense, myrrh, and frankincense; wine and oil, flour and wheat; cattle, sheep, horses, and chariots. And slaves—their terrible traffic in human lives. Everything you’ve lived for, gone! All delicate and delectable luxury, lost! Not a scrap, not a thread to be found! “The traders who made millions off her kept their distance for fear of getting burned, and cried and carried on all the more: Doom, doom, the great city doomed! Dressed in the latest fashions, adorned with the finest jewels, in one hour such wealth wiped out! “All the ship captains and travelers by sea, sailors and toilers of the sea, stood off at a distance and cried their lament when they saw the smoke from her burning: ‘Oh, what a city! There was never a city like her!’ They threw dust on their heads and cried as if the world had come to an end: Doom, doom, the great city doomed! All who owned ships or did business by sea Got rich on her getting and spending. And now it’s over—wiped out in one hour!
“The merchants of the earth also weep and mourn over her, because no one buys their cargo anymore,

And the merchants of the earth will weep and wail in themselves, because no one will buy their wares any more –
The merchants of the earth also cry and mourn for her, because no one buys their goods any longer;
And merchants of the earth shall weep on it [And merchants of earth shall weep upon her], and mourn, for no man shall buy more the merchandise of them;
The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, because nobody will buy their cargo anymore,
Every merchant on earth will mourn, because there is no one to buy their goods.
And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo any more,
The merchants of the earth shall also wail and lament over her, for there is no one left to buy their goods—cargoes of gold and silver, jewels and pearls, fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet, all kinds of scented wood, every sort of ivory vessel, every kind of vessel of precious wood, of bronze, iron and marble; cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour and corn; cattle, sheep and horses; chariots, slaves, the very souls of men.
And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo any more,

“And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn over her, because no one buys their cargo any more—
And the merchants of the earth will ·cry [weep] and be sad about her, because now there is no one to buy their cargoes—
And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, because no one buys their merchandise anymore—
And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo any more,
“The traders of the world will weep and mourn over her. No one buys what they sell anymore.

“And the merchants of ha’aretz (the earth) cry and have agmat nefesh (grief) over her, because the cargo of them no one buys any more; [YECHEZKEL 27:27, 31]
