condelector enim legi Dei secundum interiorem hominem
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man.
For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For I rejoice in the law of God in the inner person.
For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man:
For I am delighted with the law of God, according to the inward man:
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being,
I take pleasure in God's standards in my inner being.
For in my inner self I joyfully agree with God's law.
For I delight in the Law of God in my inner being,
For I delight in the law of God in my inner being.
For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man,
For in my inner being I delight in God's law;
I love God's law with all my heart.
For I delight in the law of God, after the inward man:
For in my inmost self all my sympathy is with the Law of God;
For I delight in God's law after the inward man,
Deep inside myself, I really love God's laws.
for I delight in the law of God according to the inward man,
My mind and heart agree with the Law of God.
For I delight in the Law of God, concerning the inner man.
For deep down I am in happy agreement with God’s law;
I love to do God’s will so far as my new nature is concerned;
In my innermost self, I delight in the Law of God,
For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man,
For I delight with the law of God with the inward man,
For in my inner self I delight in God’s law,
For I endorse and delight in the Law of God in my inmost self [with my new nature].
In my mind, I am happy with God’s law.
It happens so regularly that it’s predictable. The moment I decide to do good, sin is there to trip me up. I truly delight in God’s commands, but it’s pretty obvious that not all of me joins in that delight. Parts of me covertly rebel, and just when I least expect it, they take charge.
I certainly delight in God’s law according to my inner self,
For I joyfully agree with the law of God in the inner man,
For I delight in the law of God in my inmost self,
I delight in the law of God as far as the inner man is concerned,
My inner being delights in the law of God.
For I delight together to the law of God, after the inner man.
I delight in God’s law, you see, according to my inmost self;
With my whole heart I agree with the Law of God.
For I delight in the law of God, in my inmost self,
When I come up against the Law I want to do good, but in practice I do evil. My conscious mind whole-heartedly endorses the Law, yet I observe an entirely different principle at work in my nature. This is in continual conflict with my conscious attitude, and makes me an unwilling prisoner to the law of sin and death. In my mind I am God’s willing servant, but in my own nature I am bound fast, as I say, to the law of sin and death. It is an agonising situation, and who on earth can set me free from the clutches of my sinful nature? I thank God there is a way out through Jesus Christ our Lord.
For I delight in the law of God in my inmost self,
For I delight in the law of God in my inmost self,
I gladly agree with the Law on the inside,
For I joyfully delight in the law of God in my inner self [with my new nature],
For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being,
For I take delight in the law of God, in my inner self,
For I joyfully agree with the law of God in the inner person,
[L For] In ·my mind [my inmost self; L the person within], I ·am happy with [delight in] God’s law.
For I delight in the Torah of God with respect to the inner man,
For I delight in the law of God, in my inmost self,
Deep inside me I find joy in God’s law.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
For in my inner self I completely agree with God’s Torah;
In my own mind I am glad to obey the law of God.
For I delight in the law of God in my inmost self,
For I rejoice, I have simcha Torah in the Torah of Hashem, so far as the inner man is concerned,
I take pleasure in God’s standards in my inner being.
For I delight in the law of God according to the inner man,
In my mind I am happy with God’s law.
In my mind, I am happy with God’s law.
For I joyfully agree with the law of God in my inner person,
For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;
For I am rejoicing-with the Law of God according-to the inner person.
