ut iustificatio legis impleretur in nobis qui non secundum carnem ambulamus sed secundum Spiritum
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
That the righteousness of The Written Law would be fulfilled in us, that we would not walk in the flesh but in The Spirit.
in order that the righteous requirement of the law should be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to flesh but according to Spirit.
That the justification of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the spirit.

He did this so that the just requirement of the law would be fully satisfied for us, who no longer follow our sinful nature but instead follow the Spirit.
That the righteousness of the law may be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
in order that in our case the requirements of the Law might be fully met. For our lives are regulated not by our earthly, but by our spiritual natures.
that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
God did this so that we could become right with him. God's Law showed us how to be right with him. And now we can be right with God, if we live with God's Spirit as our guide. We do not do what our weak human thoughts want us to do.
that the righteousness of the law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
In that way, Jesus did for us what the Law said had to be done. We do not do what our sinful old selves tell us to do anymore. Now we do what the Holy Spirit wants us to do.
That the righteousness of the Law might be fulfilled in us; who do not walk after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Now we are able to live up to the justice demanded by the law. But that ability has not come from living by our fallen human nature; it has come because we walk according to the movement of the Spirit in our lives.
So now we can obey God’s laws if we follow after the Holy Spirit and no longer obey the old evil nature within us.
so that the righteous requirements of the Law might be fulfilled in us who live not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

So that the righteous and just requirement of the Law might be fully met in us who live and move not in the ways of the flesh but in the ways of the Spirit [our lives governed not by the standards and according to the dictates of the flesh, but controlled by the Holy Spirit].
He did this so that we could be the kind of people the law correctly wants us to be. Now we do not live following our sinful selves, but we live following the Spirit.
God went for the jugular when he sent his own Son. He didn’t deal with the problem as something remote and unimportant. In his Son, Jesus, he personally took on the human condition, entered the disordered mess of struggling humanity in order to set it right once and for all. The law code, weakened as it always was by fractured human nature, could never have done that. The law always ended up being used as a Band-Aid on sin instead of a deep healing of it. And now what the law code asked for but we couldn’t deliver is accomplished as we, instead of redoubling our own efforts, simply embrace what the Spirit is doing in us.
so that the righteous decree of the law would be fully satisfied in us who are not walking according to the flesh, but according to the spirit.

This was in order that the right and proper verdict of the law could be fulfilled in us, as we live not according to the flesh but according to the spirit.
He did this, so that we would do what the Law commands by obeying the Spirit instead of our own desires.
in order that the just requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
The Law never succeeded in producing righteousness—the failure was always the weakness of human nature. But God has met this by sending his own Son Jesus Christ to live in that human nature which causes the trouble. And, while Christ was actually taking upon himself the sins of men, God condemned that sinful nature. So that we are able to meet the Law’s requirements, so long as we are living no longer by the dictates of our sinful nature, but in obedience to the promptings of the Spirit.
so that the just requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Jesus does for us everything the holy law requires. The power of sin should no longer control the way we live. The Holy Spirit should control the way we live.
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
so that the just requirement of the Torah might be fulfilled in us who do not run our lives according to what our old nature wants but according to what the Spirit wants.
He did this so that we might be good people as the law said we should be. We are good people if we live the way the Spirit wants us to live, not the way our bodies want to live.
so that the just requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
In order that the maleh chukat haTorah (the full statute requirement of the Torah, see VAYIKRA 18:5) might be fulfilled in us whose halakhah is in the Derech [HaChayyim] (the Way of Life) according to the Ruach Hakodesh and not in accordance with the basar.
