Those who collect profits in their palaces through violent and destructive acts don't know how to do what is right, declares the LORD.
The people are incapable of doing right-- this is the LORD's declaration-- those who store up violence and destruction in their citadels.
Because they do not know how to act right," declares the LORD, "they are filling their strongholds with treasures that they took from others by violence into their fortified citadels."

The Lord says, ‘People have forgotten how to be honest. They rob people and they store valuable things in their big houses. They become rich because they are so cruel.’
And they have not known to act straightforwardly, An affirmation of Jehovah, Who are treasuring up violence and spoil in their palaces.
They do not know how to do what is right,” says the Lord. “They store up in their strong cities what they have fought for and robbed.”
Eternal One: Those who fill their fortresses with finery through violence and robbery have no idea how to do what is right.

They can’t—or won’t—do one thing right.” God said so. “They stockpile violence and blight. Therefore”—this is God’s Word—“an enemy will surround the country. He’ll strip you of your power and plunder your forts.”

The Lord has said that they don't even know how to do right. They have become rich from violence and robbery.

See the great confusion there because the people don’t know how to live right. See how cruel they are to others. They take things from people to hide in their high towers. Their treasuries are filled with the things they have taken in war.”
