et ait abscondam faciem meam ab eis et considerabo novissima eorum generatio enim perversa est et infideles filii

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very fraudulent generation, children in whom is no faith.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very perverse generation, children in whom is no faith.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

And He said: ‘I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, Children in whom is no faith.

And He said: ‘I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: For they are a very perverse generation, Children in whom is no faithfulness.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be; For they are a perverse generation, Children in whom is no faithfulness.

And he said: I will hide my face from them, and will consider what their last end shall be: for it is a perverse generation, and unfaithful children.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: For they are a very froward generation, Children in whom is no faith.

And he said, ‘I will hide my face from them; I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

He said, "I will turn away from them and find out what will happen to them. They are devious people, children who can't be trusted.

He said: "I will hide My face from them; I will see what will become of them, for they are a perverse generation-- unfaithful children.

So he said: "Let me hide my face from them. I will observe what their end will be, because they are a perverted generation, children within whom there is no loyalty.

He said, "I will reject them, I will see what will happen to them; for they are a perverse generation, children who show no loyalty.

"Then He said, 'I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; For they are a perverse generation, Sons in whom is no faithfulness.

"I will hide my face from them," he said, "and see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful.

He said, 'I will abandon them; then see what becomes of them. For they are a twisted generation, children without integrity.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

He said, "I will hide my face from them. I will see what their end shall be; for they are a very perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

He said, ‘I will not continue to help them. I will see what happens to them when I leave them alone. They are children who do not obey me. They have not served me faithfully.

And He saith: I hide My face from them, I see what [is] their latter end; For a froward generation [are] they, Sons in whom is no stedfastness.

Then He said, ‘I will hide My face from them. I will see what their end will be. For they are a sinful people, children who are not faithful.

Eternal One: I won’t look at them when they pray; I’ll just watch and see what happens to them Because they’re a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful.

He said, ‘I will abandon them; See what happens to them then! For they are a stubborn, faithless generation.

He said, “I will hide my face from them and watch to see how they end, for they are a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful.

Then He said, ‘I will hide My face from them; I will see what their end shall be; For they are a perverse generation, Sons in whom is no faithfulness.

And he said, I will hide my face from them; I will see what their end shall be: that they are a generation of perversities, sons without faith.

He said, “I will hide my face from them; I will see what will become of them, for they are a perverse generation— unfaithful children.

And He said, I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

He said, “I will turn away from them and see what will happen to them. They are evil people, unfaithful children.

God saw it and spun around, angered and hurt by his sons and daughters. He said, “From now on I’m looking the other way. Wait and see what happens to them. Oh, they’re a turned-around, upside-down generation! Who knows what they’ll do from one moment to the next? They’ve goaded me with their no-gods, infuriated me with their hot-air gods; I’m going to goad them with a no-people, with a hollow nation incense them. My anger started a fire, a wildfire burning deep down in Sheol, Then shooting up and devouring the Earth and its crops, setting all the mountains, from bottom to top, on fire. I’ll pile catastrophes on them, I’ll shoot my arrows at them: Starvation, blistering heat, killing disease; I’ll send snarling wild animals to attack from the forest and venomous creatures to strike from the dust. Killing in the streets, terror in the houses, Young men and virgins alike struck down, and yes, breast-feeding babies and gray-haired old men.”

So the Lord said: I will hide my face from them, until I see what their final condition will be, because they are a twisted generation, children who cannot be trusted.

He said: I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children in whom there is no faithfulness.

‘I will no longer help them,’ he said; ‘then I will see what happens to them, those stubborn, unfaithful people.

And the Lord said, I shall hide my face from them, and I shall behold their last things; for this is a wayward generation, and unfaithful sons they be. (And the Lord said, I shall hide my face from them, and then I shall see what will happen to them; for this is a wayward generation, they be unfaithful children.)

and said, “You are unfaithful and can't be trusted. So I won't answer your prayers; I'll just watch and see what happens to you.

And he said, ‘I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

He said, ‘I will hide my face from them; I will see what their end will be, for they are a perverse generation, children in whom there is no faithfulness.

He said: I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children in whom there is no faithfulness.

He said: I will hide my face from them— I will see what becomes of them— because they are a confused generation; they are children lacking loyalty.

“Then He said, ‘I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; For they are a perverse generation, Sons in whom there is no faithfulness.

And he said, ‘I will hide my face from them; I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

He said, I will hide my face from them, and see what becomes of them. For they are a fickle generation, children with no loyalty in them!

Then He said, ‘I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end will be; For they are a perverse generation, Sons in whom there is no faithfulness.

He said, “I will turn ·away [L my face away] from them and see what ·will happen to them [their end will be]. They are ·evil people [L a perverted generation], ·unfaithful [untrustworthy] children.

He said, “I will hide My face from them, I want to see their hereafter. For they are an upside down generation, children with no faithfulness in them.

And he said, ‘I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

“I will turn my face away from them,” he said. “I will see what will happen to them in the end. They are sinful people. They are unfaithful children.

And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

He said, ‘I will hide my face from them and see what will become of them; for they are a perverse generation, untrustworthy children.

He said: I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children in whom there is no faithfulness.

And He said, I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; for they are a very perverse generation, banim in whom is no faithfulness.

He said, “I will turn away from them and find out what will happen to them. They are devious people, children who can’t be trusted.

He said: I will hide My face from them; I will see what their end will be, for they are a very perverse generation, children in whom there is no loyalty.

So he said, ‘I will turn away from them, then let’s see what happens! They are a rebellious people. They are like children who will not learn their lessons.

He said, “I will turn away from them. I will see what will happen to them. They are evil people. They are unfaithful children.

So he said, ‘I will hide my face from them; I will see what will be their end, for they are a generation of perversity, children in whom there is no faithfulness.

‘I will hide my face from them,’ he said, ‘and see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful.
