Banish sorrow from your heart, and evil from your body, since both childhood and the prime of life are pointless.
Banish emotional stress from your mind. and put away pain from your body; for youth and the prime of life are fleeting.
So, remove grief and anger from your heart and put away pain from your body, because childhood and the prime of life are fleeting.
So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body, for youth and vigor are meaningless.
So refuse to worry, and keep your body healthy. But remember that youth, with a whole life before you, is meaningless.
Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
Therefore remove sorrow from your heart, and put away evil from your flesh; for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.
Do not worry about things. Do not let your body cause you to have pain. You will not be young and strong for very long. We all become old too quickly.
And turn aside anger from thy heart, And cause evil to pass from thy flesh, For the childhood and the age [are] vanity!
So put away trouble from your heart, and put away pain from your body. Because the years when you were a child and the best years of your life are going by fast.
When all is said and done, clear your mind of all its worries. Free your body of all its troubles while you can, for youth and the prime of life will soon vanish.
So banish grief and pain, but remember that youth, with a whole life before it, can make serious mistakes.

Therefore remove [the lusts that end in] sorrow and vexation from your heart and mind and put away evil from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity [transitory, idle, empty, and devoid of truth].
Don’t worry, and forget the troubles of your body, because youth and childhood are useless.
Live footloose and fancy-free— You won’t be young forever. Youth lasts about as long as smoke.
Put frustration out of your mind, and ignore the troubles of your body, because youth and the dawn of life are vapor.
Banish anxiety from your mind, and put away pain from your body; for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.
Don't let anything worry you or cause you pain. You aren't going to be young very long.
Do thou away ire from thine heart, and remove thou malice from thy flesh; for why youth and lust be vain things, or vanity. (Do thou away anger from thy heart, and remove thou malice from thy flesh; because youth and lust be but empty and futile.)
Rid yourself of all worry and pain, because the wonderful moments of youth quickly disappear.

So drive worry out of your heart. Get rid of all your troubles. Being young and strong doesn’t have any meaning.
Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
Therefore, remove anger from your heart; and keep from harming your body; for neither adolescence nor youth has any lasting value.
Banish anxiety from your mind, and put away pain from your body; for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.
Therefore banish ka’as (sorrow) from thy lev, and put away ra’ah from thy basar; for yaldut and shacharut (prime of life) are hevel.
Get rid of what troubles you or wears down your body, because childhood and youth are pointless.
Take away anger from your heart, and remove distress from your body, for youth and the dawn are vanity.
Don’t let your anger control you, and don’t let your body lead you to sin. People do foolish things in the dawn of life while they are young.
So avoid sorrow and sadness. Forget about all the bad things that happen to you. This is because the joys of youth pass quickly away.
Banish anxiety from your heart, and put away pain from your body, for youth and vigor are vanity.
So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body, for youth and vigour are meaningless.
