That would make God very angry; and he might destroy your prosperity. Dreaming instead of doing is foolishness, and there is ruin in a flood of empty words; fear God instead.
If in some part of the realm you witness the oppression of the poor and the violation of rights and justice, do not be surprised; for every high official is supervised by one who is higher in rank, and the one who has the highest rank keeps watch over them all.
For in many dreams and vanities are many words. Rather, fear God.

In spite of many daydreams, pointless actions, and empty words, you should still fear Elohim.
For when there is an abundance of dreams and futilities, then words increase too. Therefore it is God you should fear.
You should not let your useless dreams and bragging bring you trouble. You should respect God.
Many empty promises are like many foolish dreams. They mean nothing. You should honor God.
For with many dreams come vanities and numerous words. Therefore, fear God!
Much dreaming and many words are meaningless. Therefore fear God.
