Likewise, if a bad person turns away from his bad life and starts living a good life, a fair life, he will save his life. Because he faces up to all the wrongs he’s committed and puts them behind him, he will live, really live. He won’t die.

And if evil people change and become good and fair, they will save their lives. They will live!

An evil person might stop doing the evil things he has done. And he might do what is fair and right. He will save his life.

And when the wicked turns from his wickedness that he did and he does justice and righteousness, he will preserve his life.

But if a wicked person turns away from the wickedness they have committed and does what is just and right, they will save their life.
