Then I said to them, What is the high place whereunto you go? And the name whereof is called Bamah to this day.
Then I said unto them, What is the high place to which you go? And its name is called Bamah unto this day.

Then I said unto them, What meaneth the high place whereunto ye go? So the name thereof is called Bamah unto this day.
(I said to them, What is the high place to which you go? So its name is called Bamah to this day.)
Then I asked them, "What is this worship site you're going to?' " (So it is still called 'worship site' today.)
So I asked them: What is this high place you are going to? And it is called High Place to this day."
So I asked them, 'What is the high place to which you're going?' That's why the name of the place has been called Bamah to this day."'
So I said to them, What is this high place you go to?'" (So it is called "High Place" to this day.)
"Then I said to them, 'What is the high place to which you go?' So its name is called Bamah to this day."'
Then I said to them: What is this high place you go to?'" (It is called Bamah to this day.)
I said to them, 'What is this high place where you are going?' (This kind of pagan shrine has been called Bamah--'high place'--ever since.)
Then I said to them, What is the high place to which ye go? and its name is called Bamah to this day.
Then I said to them, What does the high place where you go mean? So its name is called Bamah to this day.
I asked them, ‘Why do you go to these high places?’ ” (That is why people still call them “high places”.)
And I say unto them: What [is] the high place whither ye are going in? And its name is called `high place' to this day.
Then I said to them, ‘What is this high place you go to?’ So it is called Bamah to this day.”’
I asked them, ‘What is this shrine you visit?’” To this day, a shrine is called a “high place.”
I said to them: ‘What is this place of sacrifice where you go?’ And so it is still called ‘The Place of Sacrifice’—that is how it got its name.
I then said to them, “What is this high place to which you go?” And ever since it has been called Bamah.
Then I said to them, ‘What is the high place to which you are going?’ So its name is called Bamah to this day.”’
Then I said unto them, What is the high place unto which ye go? And its name is called Bamah unto this day.
So I asked them, “What is this high place you are going to?” And it is still called Bamah today.’
Then I said to them, What is the high place to which you go? And the name of it is called Bamah [high place] to this day.
Then I said to them: What is this high place where you go to worship?’” (It is still called High Place today.)
“Therefore, speak to Israel, son of man. Tell them that God says, ‘As if that wasn’t enough, your parents further insulted me by betraying me. When I brought them into that land that I had solemnly promised with my upraised hand to give them, every time they saw a hill with a sex-and-religion shrine on it or a grove of trees where the sacred whores practiced, they were there, buying into the whole pagan system. I said to them, “What hill do you go to?”’ (It’s still called ‘Whore Hills.’)
Then I said to them, “What is the high place to which you are going?” So it is called Bamah to this day.
(I said to them, What is the high place to which you go? So it is called Bamah to this day.)
I asked them: What are these high places where you go? So they have been called ‘High Places’ ever since.
And I said to them, What is the high thing, to which ye enter? And the name thereof is called High Thing till to this day. (And I said to them, What is the high place, or the hill shrine, to which ye enter? And its name is called High Place/Hill Shrine, or Bamah, unto this day.)
I asked them where they went to worship those gods, and they answered, “At the local shrines.” And those places of worship are still called shrines.
(I said to them, What is the high place to which you go? So its name is called Bamah to this day.)
(I said to them, “What is the high place to which you go? So it is called Bamah to this day.”)

I said to them, What shrine are you going to now? So it’s called Shrine to this very day.
Then I said to them, ‘What is the high place to which you go?’ So the name of it is called Bamah (High Place) to this day.”’

So I said to them, “What is this high place to which you go?” Thus its name became “high place” even to this day.
Then I said to them, ‘What is the high place to which you go?’ So its name is called Bamah to this day.”’
Then I said to them: What is this high place where you go to worship?’” (It is still called ·High Place [L Bamah] today.)
So I asked them, ‘What is the high place where you are going?’ So the name of it is called Bamah to this day.
(I said to them, What is the high place to which you go? So its name is called Bamah to this day.)
Then I said to them, ‘What is this high place you go to?’ ” ’ ” That high place is called Bamah to this day.
Then I said unto them, What is the high place whereunto ye go? And the name thereof is called Bamah unto this day.
When I asked them, “This high place where you go, what is the meaning of it?” they gave it the name Bamah* which it retains to this day.’
(I said to them, What is the high place to which you go? So it is called Bamah to this day.)
Then I said unto them, What is the bamah whereunto ye go? And the shem whereof is called Bamah (High Place) unto this day.
Then I asked them, “What is this worship site you’re going to?” ’ (So it is still called ‘worship site’ today.)
Then I said to them: What is the high place to which you go? And the name is called Bamah to this day.
I asked the people of Israel why they were going to the high places. But that high place is still there today.’
Then I said to them: What is this place where you go to worship false gods?’” (It is still called High Place today.)
And I said to them, ‘What is the high place to which you are going?’ And it is called Bamah until this day.
Then I said to them: what is this high place you go to?”’ (It is called Bamah to this day.)
