Then everyone will know that I am the LORD, who drew my sword from its sheath--it will not be sheathed again!'

"Thus all flesh will know that I, the LORD, have drawn My sword out of its sheath. It will not return to its sheath again."'

Then all people will know that I the LORD have drawn my sword from its sheath; it will not return again.'

Everyone in the world will know that I am the LORD. My sword is in my hand, and it will not return to its sheath until its work is finished.'

That all flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn my sword out of its sheath: it shall not return any more.

Then all the people will know that I am the Lord. I am the one who is punishing them with my sword. And I will not put it back in its place.”

And known have all flesh that I, Jehovah, Have brought out My sword from its scabbard, It doth not turn back any more.

Then everyone all over the world will know I, the Eternal One, have drawn My sword from its sheath and do not intend to return it.”

All the world shall know that it is I, the Lord. His sword is in his hand, and it will not return to its sheath again until its work is finished.’

God’s Message came to me: “Son of man, now face Jerusalem and let the Message roll out against the Sanctuary. Prophesy against the land of Israel. Say, ‘God’s Message: I’m against you. I’m pulling my sword from its sheath and killing both the wicked and the righteous. Because I’m treating everyone the same, good and bad, everyone from south to north is going to feel my sword! Everyone will know that I mean business.’

Then all flesh will know that I, the Lord, have drawn my sword from its scabbard. It will not return to its sheath again.

But I said, “Ah! Lord God, they are saying about me, ‘Is not this the one who is forever spinning parables?’”

So humanity will know that I, the Lord, have drawn My sword from its sheath. It will not return to its sheath again.”’

Then all people will know that I, the Lord, have pulled my sword out from its ·holder [sheath]. My sword will not go back in again.’

Then I said, “Ah, Adonai! They say of me. ‘Isn’t he just speaking in parables?’”

and all flesh shall know that I the Lord have drawn my sword out of its sheath; it shall not be sheathed again.

Then all people will know that I have pulled out my sword. I will not put it back. I am the Lord.” ’

I said, “Oh, Adonai Elohim! They complain that I speak only in parables.”
