Thus saith the Lord God: One affliction, behold an affliction is come.

“Thus says the Lord GOD: Disaster after disaster! Behold, it comes.

"This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "'Disaster! Unheard-of disaster! See, it comes!

"This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Disaster after disaster is coming your way!

This is what the Almighty Lord says: Terrible trouble is coming to you! It will be worse than any other trouble.

Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Evil, a single evil, lo, it hath come.

“The Lord God says, ‘See, much trouble is coming!

This is what I, the Eternal Lord, have to say: Wave after wave of evil is coming!

The Lord God says: “With one blow after another I will finish you. The end has come; your final doom is waiting.

Thus says the Lord God: Disasters are coming, one after another.

“Thus says Lord Yahweh, ‘A calamitous evil, a unique calamitous evil, behold, it is coming!

Thus hath the Lord GOD said: An evil, behold, an evil is come.

This is what the Lord God says: Look, one disaster after another is coming!

Thus says the Lord God: Behold, an evil is coming, [an evil so destructive and injurious, so sudden and violent, that it stands alone, not as a succession but as] only one evil.

“This is what the Lord God says: Disaster on top of disaster is coming.

“I, God, the Master, say: ‘Disaster after disaster! Look, it comes! Endtime— the end comes. The end is ripe. Watch out, it’s coming! This is your fate, you who live in this land. Time’s up. It’s zero hour. No dragging of feet now, no bargaining for more time. Soon now I’ll pour my wrath on you, pay out my anger against you, Render my verdict on the way you’ve lived, make you pay for your disgusting obscenities. I won’t look the other way, I won’t feel sorry for you. I’ll make you pay for the way you’ve lived. Your disgusting obscenities will boomerang on you. Then you’ll realize that it is I, God, who have hit you.

This is what the Lord God says. Disaster! An unparalleled disaster! Watch, it is coming!

This is what the Sovereign Lord is saying: “One disaster after another is coming on you.

The Lord God saith these things, Lo! torment, lo! torment cometh;

There's never been anything like the coming disaster.
