Then he believed in the Lord; and He credited it to him as righteousness.
Abram ·believed [put his trust/faith in] the Lord. And the Lord ·accepted Abram’s faith, and that faith made him right with God [T counted/credited it as righteousness; Rom. 4:3, 9, 22; Gal. 3:6; James 2:23].
Then he believed in Adonai and He reckoned it to him as righteousness.
And he believed the Lord; and he reckoned it to him as righteousness.
Abram believed the Lord. The Lord was pleased with Abram because he believed. So Abram’s faith made him right with the Lord.
And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
He believed in Adonai, and he credited it to him as righteousness.
And he believed the Lord; and the Lord reckoned it to him as righteousness.
And he believed in Hashem; and He credited [emunah (faith)] to him as tzedakah (righteousness).
Then Abram believed Yahweh, and that faith was regarded as the basis of Abram’s approval by Yahweh.
Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness.
Abram believed the Lord, and because of this faith the Lord accepted him as one who has done what is right.
Abram believed the Lord. And the Lord accepted Abram’s faith, and that faith made him right with God.
And he believed in Yahweh, and he reckoned it to him as righteousness.
