And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he swore to him: and he sold his birthright to Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he swore unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
Then Jacob said, “Swear to me as of this day.” So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
And Jacob said, “Swear to me this day.” And he swore unto him, and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear to me first. And he sware unto him. And he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear unto me now. And he swore unto him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said: Swear therefore to me. Esau swore to him, and sold his first birthright.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
Jacob said, “Swear to me now.” So he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
"First, swear an oath," Jacob said. So Esau swore an oath to him and sold him his rights as firstborn.
Jacob said, "Swear to me first." So he swore to Jacob and sold his birthright to him.
But Jacob insisted, "Swear it by an oath right now." So he swore an oath to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, "Swear an oath to me now." So Esau swore an oath to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
And Jacob said, "First swear to me"; so he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, "Swear to me first." So he swore an oath to him, selling his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, "First you must swear that your birthright is mine." So Esau swore an oath, thereby selling all his rights as the firstborn to his brother, Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he swore to him: and he sold his birth-right to Jacob.
Jacob said, "Swear to me first." He swore to him. He sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, ‘First, make a serious promise to me.’ So Esau promised to sell his birthright to Jacob.
and Jacob saith, `Swear to me to-day:' and he sweareth to him, and selleth his birthright to Jacob;
Jacob said, “First give me your promise.” So Esau promised, and sold his birth-right to Jacob.
Jacob: Swear to me first! And so Esau swore to Jacob and handed over his rights as the firstborn son.
Jacob: “Well then, vow to God that it is mine!” And Esau vowed, thereby selling all his eldest-son rights to his younger brother.
Jacob told him, “Swear it right now.” He swore an oath and sold his rights as firstborn to Jacob.
And Jacob said, “First swear to me”; so he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he swore unto him and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore to Jacob and sold his birthright to him.
Jacob said, Swear to me today [that you are selling it to me]; and he swore to [Jacob] and sold him his birthright.
But Jacob said, “First, promise me that you will give it to me.” So Esau made a promise to Jacob and sold his part of their father’s wealth to Jacob.
Jacob said, “First, swear to me.” And he did it. On oath Esau traded away his rights as the firstborn. Jacob gave him bread and the stew of lentils. He ate and drank, got up and left. That’s how Esau shrugged off his rights as the firstborn. * * *
Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob answered, “First make a vow that you will give me your rights.” Esau made the vow and gave his rights to Jacob.
Jacob said, Therefore swear thou to me. Therefore Esau swore, and sold the first engendered things. (And Jacob said, And so swear thou to me. And so Esau swore to Jacob, and sold him his birthright.)
But Jacob said, “Promise me your birthrights, here and now!” And that's what Esau did.
Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, ‘Swear to me first.’ So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, “Give me your word today.” And he did. He sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, “Swear [an oath] to me today [that you are selling it to me for this food]”; so he swore [an oath] to him, and sold him his birthright.
Jacob said, “Swear to me now.” So he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, “Swear to me first!” So he sold Jacob his right as firstborn under oath.
And Jacob said, “First swear to me”; so he swore an oath to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, “First [v. 31], ·promise [swear to] me that you will give it to me.” So Esau ·made a promise to Jacob [L swore to him] and ·sold [exchanged] his ·part of their father’s wealth [L birthright] to Jacob.
Jacob said, “Make a pledge to me now.” So he made a pledge to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, “First promise to sell me your rights.” So Esau promised to do it. He sold Jacob all the rights that belonged to him as the oldest son.
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
Ya‘akov said, “First, swear to me!” So he swore to him, thus selling his birthright to Ya‘akov.
Jacob said, ‘Swear to me first.’ So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
And Ya’akov said, Swear to me this day; and he swore unto him; and he sold his bechorah unto Ya’akov.
“First, swear an oath,” Jacob said. So Esau swore an oath to him and sold him his rights as firstborn.
Then Jacob said, “Swear to me this day.” So he swore to him, and he sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, “First, promise me that you will give them to me.” So Esau made an oath to him and sold his rights as the firstborn son to Jacob.
But Jacob said, “First, promise me that you will give it to me.” So Esau made a promise to Jacob. In this way he sold his part of their father’s wealth to Jacob.
Then Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” And he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
But Jacob said, ‘Swear to me first.’ So he swore an oath to him, selling his birthright to Jacob.
