And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padanaram to Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother.

Isaac then sent Jacob to stay with Rebekah's brother Laban, the son of Bethuel the Aramean.

Thus Isaac sent Jacob away; and he went to Paddan-aram to Laban, the son of Bethu′el the Arame′an, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob’s and Esau’s mother.
