And he said, What mean you by all this drove which I met? And he said, These are to find grace in the sight of my lord.

Then Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company which I met?” And he said, “These are to find favor in the sight of my lord.”
And he said, “What meanest thou by all this drove which I met?” And he said, “These are to find grace in the sight of my lord.”
And he said, What meanest thou by all this company which I met? And he said, To find favor in the sight of my lord.
And he said, What meanest thou by all the drove which I met? And he said, To find favour in the eyes of my lord.
And Esau said: What are the droves that I met? He answered: That I might find favor before my lord.
And he said, What meanest thou by all this company which I met? And he said, To find grace in the sight of my lord.
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company that I met?” Jacob answered, “To find favor in the sight of my lord.”
Then Esau asked, "Why did you send this whole group [of people and animals] I met?" He answered, "To win your favor, sir."
So Esau said, "What do you mean by this whole procession I met?"" To find favor with you, my lord," he answered."
Then Esau asked, "What are all these livestock for?" "To solicit favor from you, sir," Jacob answered.
Esau then asked, "What did you intend by sending all these herds to meet me?" Jacob replied, "To find favor in your sight, my lord."
And he said, "What do you mean by all this company which I have met?" And he said, "To find favor in the sight of my lord."
Esau asked, "What's the meaning of all these flocks and herds I met?" "To find favor in your eyes, my lord," he said.
"And what were all the flocks and herds I met as I came?" Esau asked. Jacob replied, "They are a gift, my lord, to ensure your friendship."
And he said, What meanest thou by all this drove which I met? And he said, these are to find grace in the sight of my lord.
Esau said, "What do you mean by all this company which I met?" Jacob said, "To find favor in the sight of my lord."
Esau asked Jacob, ‘Why did you send all those animals in front of you?’ Jacob replied, ‘So that you would be happy to see me, my lord.’
And he saith, `What to thee [is] all this camp which I have met?' and he saith, `To find grace in the eyes of my lord.'
Esau said, “What do you mean by all these animals I have met?” And Jacob said, “They are a gift so I may find favor in the eyes of my lord.”
Esau: What was your intent in sending all of your men and herds ahead of you? Jacob: I hope to find favor with you, my master.
“And what were all the flocks and herds I met as I came?” Esau asked. And Jacob replied, “They are my gifts, to curry your favor!”
Esau asked again, “What is all this caravan that I have come across?” He answered, “So that I might find favor in your sight, my lord.”
And he said, “What do you mean by all these camps which I have met?” And he said, “To find favor in the sight of my lord.”
And he said, What meanest thou by all these droves which I met? And he said, To find grace in the sight of my lord.
So Esau said, “What do you mean by this whole procession I met?” “To find favor with you, my lord,” he answered.
Esau said, What do you mean by all this company which I met? And he said, These are that I might find favor in the sight of my lord.
Esau said, “I saw many herds as I was coming here. Why did you bring them?” Jacob answered, “They were to please you, my master.”
Esau then asked, “And what was the meaning of all those herds that I met?” “I was hoping that they would pave the way for my master to welcome me.”
Esau said, “What did you mean by this whole camp that I met?” Jacob said, “To gain favor in the sight of my lord.”
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company that I met?” Jacob answered, “To find favor with my lord.”
Esau asked, “What about that other group I met? What did that mean?” Jacob answered, “It was to gain your favor.”
And Esau said, What be these companies, which I met? And Jacob answered, (So) That I should find grace before my lord.
Esau asked Jacob, “Why did you send those herds I met along the road?” “Master,” Jacob answered, “I sent them so you would be friendly to me.”
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company which I met?” Jacob answered, “To find favor in the sight of my lord.”
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company that I met?” Jacob answered, “To find favor with my lord.”
Esau said, ‘What do you mean by all this company that I met?’ Jacob answered, ‘To find favour with my lord.’
Esau said, “What’s the meaning of this entire group of animals that I met?” Jacob said, “To ask for my master’s kindness.”
Esau asked, “What do you mean by all this company which I have met?” And he answered, “[These are] to find favor in the sight of my lord.”
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company that I met?” Jacob answered, “To find favour in the sight of my lord.”
Then Esau asked, “What did you intend with all those herds that I encountered?” Jacob answered, “It was to gain my lord’s favor.”
And he said, “What do you mean by all this company which I have met?” And he said, “To find favor in the sight of my lord.”
Esau said, “·I saw many herds as I was coming here. Why did you bring them [L What is all this camp that I encountered]?” Jacob answered, “They were to ·please you, my master [L find grace/favor in the eyes of my master/lord].”
“What do you mean by this whole caravan that I’ve met?” So he said, “To find favor in your eyes, my lord.”
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company which I met?” Jacob answered, “To find favor in the sight of my lord.”
Esau asked, “Why did you send all those herds I saw?” “I hoped I could do something to please you,” Jacob replied.
And he said, What meanest thou by all this drove which I met? And he said, These are to find grace in the sight of my lord.
‘Esav asked, “What was the meaning of this procession of droves I encountered?” and he answered, “It was to win my lord’s favor.”
Esau said, ‘What do you mean by all this company that I met?’ Jacob answered, ‘To find favour with my lord.’
And he said, What meanest thou by all this machaneh which I met? And he said, These are to find chen (grace) in the eyes of adoni.
Then Esau asked, “Why did you send this whole group of people and animals I met?” He answered, “To win your favor, sir.”
Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company that I met?” Jacob answered, “These are to find favor in the sight of my lord.”
Esau said, “Who were all those people I saw while I was coming here? And what were all those animals for?” Jacob answered, “These are my gifts to you so that you might accept me.”
Esau said, “I saw many herds as I was coming here. Why did you bring them?” Jacob answered, “They were to please you, my master.”
And he said, “What do you mean by all this company that I have met?” Then he said, “To find favor in the eyes of my lord.”
Esau asked, ‘What’s the meaning of all these flocks and herds I met?’ ‘To find favour in your eyes, my lord,’ he said.
