And there are times when I promise to build up and establish a nation or kingdom.

"Or at another moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to build up or to plant it;

And if at another time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be built up and planted,

And if I announce that I will plant and build up a certain nation or kingdom,

And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

Sometimes I may promise to build up a nation or a kingdom and make it strong.

And the moment I speak concerning a nation, And concerning a kingdom, to build, and to plant,

If at another time I speak about a nation, that I will build and plant it,

If at some other time I declare that I am going to build up and establish a nation,

And if I announce that I will make a certain nation strong and great,

On another occasion I may promise to build up and plant a nation or kingdom.

Or at another moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to build up or to plant it;

And in an instant I shall speak concerning the nation and concerning the kingdom, to build and to plant it;

At another time I might announce concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it.

At another time I will suddenly speak concerning a nation or kingdom, that I will build up and plant it;

There may come another time when I will speak about a nation that I will build up and plant.

Then God’s Message came to me: “Can’t I do just as this potter does, people of Israel?” God’s Decree! “Watch this potter. In the same way that this potter works his clay, I work on you, people of Israel. At any moment I may decide to pull up a people or a country by the roots and get rid of them. But if they repent of their wicked lives, I will think twice and start over with them. At another time I might decide to plant a people or country, but if they don’t cooperate and won’t listen to me, I will think again and give up on the plans I had for them.

Another time I may say that a nation or a kingdom is to be built and planted,

And at another moment I may declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

On the other hand, if I say that I am going to plant or build up any nation or kingdom,

And I shall speak suddenly of a folk, and of a realm, that I build, and plant it. (And at any moment I shall speak of a nation, or of a kingdom, that I build it, or that I plant it.)

If I promise to make a nation strong,

And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

And at another moment I may declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

And at another moment I may declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

At the same time, I may announce that I will build and plant a nation or kingdom;

Or at another time I might [suddenly] speak about a nation or kingdom that I will build up or establish;

And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

At another moment, I may decree concerning a nation or kingdom that I will build up and plant it;

Or at another moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to build up or to plant it;

There may come another time when I will ·speak about a [declare concerning that] nation that I will build up and plant.

Or at another time I may speak about a nation or about a kingdom, to build up or to plant it.

And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

“At another time I may promise to build and plant a nation or a kingdom.

There may come another time when I speak about a nation that I will build up or plant.

There may come another time when I will speak about a nation. I might say that I will build up and plant that nation.

And the next moment I speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom, to build, and to plant it.
