They will answer, 'Because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh their God and worshiped and served other gods.'"

Then people will respond, 'It is because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God and have bowed down to other gods and served them.'

The answer will come back, "It is because they broke their covenant with the LORD their God and worshiped and served other gods."

"Then they will answer, 'Because they forsook the covenant of the LORD their God and bowed down to other gods and served them.'"

And the answer will be: 'Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God and have worshiped and served other gods.'"

And the answer will be, 'Because they violated their covenant with the LORD their God by worshiping other gods.'"

Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshiped other gods, and served them.

Then they shall answer, Because they forsook the covenant of Yahweh their God, and worshiped other gods, and served them.

Other people will answer, “He did it because they refused to obey their covenant with the Lord their God. They worshipped other gods instead of him.” ’

And they have said, `Because that they have forsaken The covenant of Jehovah their God, And bow themselves to other gods, and serve them.'

And they will answer, ‘Because they did not keep the agreement of the Lord their God. They worshiped other gods and served them.’”

The answer they will hear is the one you already know: “Because these people violated the covenant they had made with the Eternal their God by worshiping and serving other gods.”

And the answer will be, “Because the people living here forgot the Lord their God and violated his agreement with them, for they worshiped idols.”

And the answer will be given, “Because they abandoned their covenant with the Lord, their God, in order to worship other gods and serve them.”

Then they will say, ‘Because they forsook the covenant of Yahweh their God and worshiped other gods and served them.’”

And the answer will be: ‘Because the people of Judah quit following the agreement with the Lord their God. They worshiped and served other gods.’”

“Travelers from all over will come through here and say to one another, ‘Why would God do such a thing to this wonderful city?’ They’ll be told, ‘Because they walked out on the covenant of their God, took up with other gods and worshiped them.’”

And the answer will be, “It is because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord their God. They worshipped other gods and served them.”

And they will answer, “Because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshiped other gods and served them.”

Then they will answer that it is because you have abandoned your covenant with me, your God, and have worshiped and served other gods.”

And they will answer, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshipped other gods and served them.’

Then they will answer, ‘Because the people ignored and abandoned the [solemn] covenant with the Lord their God and worshiped other gods and served them.’”

And they will be told: “Because they have deserted their covenant with the Lord, their God, by worshiping and serving other gods.”

Then they will answer, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord their God and bowed down to other gods and served them.’”

And the answer will be: ‘Because they [C the people of Judah] ·quit following [abandoned; forsook] the ·agreement [covenant; treaty] with the Lord their God. They ·worshiped [bowed down to] and served other gods.’”

Then they will answer: ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of Adonai their God, and worshipped other gods and served them.’”

And they will answer, “Because they forsook the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshiped other gods and served them.”’”

And the answer will be, ‘This happened because of what its people have done. They have turned away from the covenant the Lord their God made with them. They have worshiped other gods. And they have served them.’ ”

Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

The answer will be, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of Adonai their God and worshipped other gods, serving them.’”

And they will answer, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshipped other gods and served them.’

Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the Brit Hashem Eloheihem, and worshiped elohim acherim, and served them.

The answer will be: ‘They rejected the promise of Yahweh their Elohim. They worshiped other gods and served them.’”

Then they will answer, “Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.”

This will be the answer to that question: ‘God destroyed Jerusalem because the people of Judah stopped following the agreement of the Lord their God. They worshiped and served other gods.’”

And the answer will be: ‘It was because the people of Judah quit following the agreement with the Lord their God. They worshiped and served other gods.’”

Then they will answer, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh their God, and bowed down in worship to other gods, and served them.’”

And the answer will be: “Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God and have worshipped and served other gods.”’
