I will punish any prophet, priest, or other person who says "The LORD's message is burdensome." I will punish both that person and his whole family.'"

"Then as for the prophet or the priest or the people who say, 'The oracle of the LORD,' I will bring punishment upon that man and his household.

If a prophet or a priest or anyone else claims, 'This is a message from the LORD,' I will punish them and their household.

"If any prophet, priest, or anyone else says, 'I have a prophecy from the LORD,' I will punish that person along with his entire family.

And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house.

As for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, who shall say, The burden of Yahweh, I will even punish that man and his house.

If a prophet, a priest, or anyone else says, “I have a message of trouble from the Lord,” I will punish that person. I will punish his whole family too.

And the prophet, and the priest, and the people, That saith, The burden of Jehovah, I have seen after that man, and after his house.

As for the man who speaks in My name, or the religious leader, or anyone of the people, who say, ‘The heavy load of the Lord,’ I will punish that man and those of his house.

If a prophet or priest or any of these people claim, “This is the burden of the Eternal,” let them be warned, I will punish that person and his family.

And as for the false prophets and priests and people who joke about “today’s sad news from God,” I will punish them and their families for saying this.

If a prophet or a priest or anyone else speaks of “the burden of the Lord,” I will punish that man and his household.

Then as for the prophet or the priest or the people who say, ‘The oracle of Yahweh,’ I will bring punishment upon that man and his household.

And as for the prophet and the priest and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will visit upon that man and upon his house.

And as for the prophet, the priest, or [any of these] the people, whoever [in mockery calls the word of the Lord a burden and] says, The burden of the Lord, I will even visit in wrath and punish that man and his house.

A prophet or a priest or one of the people might say, ‘This is a message from the Lord.’ That person has lied, so I will punish him and his whole family.

“And if anyone, including prophets and priests, goes around saying glibly ‘God’s Message! God’s Message!’ I’ll punish him and his family.

As for the prophet, the priest, or anyone who says “the message from the Lord,” I will punish that man and his household.

And as for the prophet, priest, or the people who say, “The burden of the Lord,” I will punish them and their households.

If any of my people or a prophet or a priest even uses the words ‘the Lord's burden,’ I will punish them and their families.

“As for the prophet or kohen or people who keep saying, ‘The burden of Adonai!’—I will punish that man and his household.

And as for the prophet, priest, or one of the people who says, ‘The burden of the Lord,’ I will punish that man and his household.

A prophet or priest might make a claim. Or someone else might do this. He might claim, ‘This is a message from the Lord.’ Then I will punish them and their family.

As for a prophet, cohen or [someone else from] this people who speaks about ‘the burden of Adonai,’ I will punish him and his household.”

And as for the navi, and the kohen, and HaAm, that shall say, The massa (burden) of Hashem, I will even punish that ish and his bais.

“A prophet, or a priest, or maybe one of the people might say, ‘This is an announcement from the Lord ….’ Because of that lie, I will punish that person and their whole family.

A prophet or a priest or one of the people might say, ‘This is a message from the Lord!’ That person has lied. So I will punish him and his whole family.

“And the prophet, and the priest, and the people who say, ‘The burden of Yahweh,’ I will punish that man and his house.

If a prophet or a priest or anyone else claims, “This is a message from the Lord,” I will punish them and their household.
