‘I will always take care of Israel's people as my special nation. I will always cause the laws that rule everything to continue. I could never forget those laws, and I could never forget my people.’

He promises that as long as the natural order lasts, so long will Israel be a nation.

I will never forget to give those commands, and I will never let Israel stop being a nation. I, the Lord, have spoken.

Thus says Adonai: “Only if heaven above can be measured and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then also I will cast off the offspring of Israel —for all they have done.” It is a declaration of Adonai.
