This is what the LORD who rules over all said to me: "Those who remain in Israel will be like the grapes thoroughly gleaned from a vine. So go over them again, as though you were a grape harvester passing your hand over the branches one last time."

The Lord Almighty said this: ‘I will let the enemy take all the people from Israel, like a farmer who picks all the grapes from his vine. So check the vines carefully, to see if there are some grapes that you can save.’

Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: They surely glean, as a vine, the remnant of Israel, Put back thy hand, as a gatherer to the baskets.

The Lord of All says, “They will gather all the people of Israel who are left like gathering from the vine. Pass your hand over the branches again like one who gathers grapes.”

This is what the Eternal, Commander of heavenly armies, decrees: Eternal One: The enemy will pass over the remnant of Israel again and glean what is left, like the worker who checks the vine again for any missed grapes.

Disaster on disaster shall befall you. Even the few who remain in Israel shall be gleaned again, the Lord Almighty has said; for as a grape-gatherer checks each vine to pick what he has missed, so the remnant of my people shall be destroyed again.

These are the words of the Lord of hosts: Glean thoroughly like a vine the remnant of Israel. Like one who picks the grapes, pass your hand once again over its branches.
