fuissem quasi qui non essem de utero translatus ad tumulum
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I would have been as though I had not been; I would have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I would have been as though I had not been. I would have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should be as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as if I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
Then it would be as if I had never existed, as if I had been carried from the womb to the tomb.
I wish I had never existed but had been carried from the womb to the grave.
as if I had never existed; carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had never existed; I should have been carried right from the womb to the grave!
'I should have been as though I had not been, Carried from womb to tomb.'
If only I had never come into being, or had been carried straight from the womb to the grave!
It would be as though I had never existed, going directly from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been. I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
It would have been better if I had not been born. Or they should have put me in my grave, immediately after my birth.
As I had not been, I am, From the belly to the grave I am brought,
I should have been as if I had never lived, carried from my mother to the grave.’
It should have been as though I had never been: plucked from the womb, carried to the tomb.
Then I would have been spared this miserable existence. I would have gone directly from the womb to the grave.
and had been carried from the womb to the grave as though I had never existed.
I should have been as though I had not been, Carried from womb to tomb.’
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I wish I had never existed but had been carried from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not existed; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
I wish I had never lived, but had been carried straight from birth to the grave.
“So why did you have me born? I wish no one had ever laid eyes on me! I wish I’d never lived—a stillborn, buried without ever having breathed. Isn’t it time to call it quits on my life? Can’t you let up, and let me smile just once Before I die and am buried, before I’m nailed into my coffin, sealed in the ground, And banished for good to the land of the dead, blind in the final dark?”
I wish I had been like someone who never lived. Then I would have been carried from the womb to the tomb.
and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
To go from the womb straight to the grave would have been as good as never existing.
(And so) That I had been, as if I were not, and were translated, either borne over, from the womb to the sepulchre (from the womb unto the tomb, or the grave).
and been carried to the grave without ever breathing.
and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
Then I would be just as if I hadn’t existed, taken from the belly to the grave.
‘I should have been as though I had not existed; [I should have been] carried from the womb to the grave.’
and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
I should be as though I had never lived; I should have been taken from the womb to the grave.
I should have been as though I had not been, Brought from womb to tomb.’

I wish I had never lived. I wish they had carried me from my mother’s womb straight to the grave.
I wish I had never been born. Or I wish I had been carried straight from birth to the grave!
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been brought from the womb to the grave.
