quis mihi tribuat ut sim iuxta menses pristinos secundum dies quibus Deus custodiebat me
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
“Oh, that I were as in months past, As in the days when God watched over me;
“Oh, that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
Oh that I were as in the months of old, As in the days when God watched over me;
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when +God preserved me;
Who will grant me, that I might be according to the months past, according to the days in which God kept me?
Oh that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
“Oh, that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me,
"If only my life could be like it used to be, in the days when God watched over me,
If only I could be as in months gone by, in the days when God watched over me,
"I wish I could go back to how things were a few months ago; when God used to watch over me,
"O that I could be as I was in the months now gone, in the days when God watched over me,
"Oh that I were as in months gone by, As in the days when God watched over me;
"How I long for the months gone by, for the days when God watched over me,
"I long for the years gone by when God took care of me,
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
"Oh that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
‘I would like my life to be as it was before, many months ago. At that time, God took care of me.
Who doth make me as [in] months past, As [in] the days of God's preserving me?
“If only I could be now as I was in the months past when God watched over me!
Job: Ah, that I were as I once was, months ago during the time when God oversaw me,
“Oh, for the years gone by when God took care of me,
“Oh, how I yearn for the months long gone and for those days when God kept watch over me,
“Oh that I were as in months gone by, As in the days when God kept me,
Oh, that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
If only I could be as in months gone by, in the days when God watched over me,
Oh, that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me,
“How I wish for the months that have passed and the days when God watched over me.
Job now resumed his response: “Oh, how I long for the good old days, when God took such very good care of me. He always held a lamp before me and I walked through the dark by its light. Oh, how I miss those golden years when God’s friendship graced my home, When the Mighty One was still by my side and my children were all around me, When everything was going my way, and nothing seemed too difficult.
Oh how I wish I could be as I used to be in the months gone by, in the days when God used to watch over me,
“O that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
If only my life could once again be as it was when God watched over me.
Who giveth to me, that I be beside the eld months, by the days in which God kept me? (Who giveth to me, that once more I be, like in the months gone by, yea, those days in which God looked after me?)
I long for the past, when God took care of me,
“Oh, that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
“O that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me,
‘O that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
Oh, that life was like it used to be, like days when God watched over me;
“Oh, that I were as in the months of old, As in the days when God watched over me,
“Oh, that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me,
Oh, that I were as in the months past, as in the days when God watched over me:
“Oh that I were as in months gone by, As in the days when God watched over me;
“How I wish for the months ·that have passed [of old] and the days when God ·watched over [protected; guarded] me.
“O that I could be as in the months gone by, as in the days when God watched over me,
“Oh, that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
“How I long for the times when things were better! That’s when God watched over me.
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;
“I wish I were as in the old days, back in the times when God watched over me;
‘O that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when Eloah was shomer over me;
“If only my life could be like it used to be, in the days when Eloah watched over me,
“Oh, that I were as in months past, as in the days when God watched over me;
“I wish my life could be the same as it was a few months ago, when God watched over me and cared for me.
“How I wish for the months that have passed. I wish for the days when God watched over me.
“O that I were as in the months before, as in the days when God watched over me,
‘How I long for the months gone by, for the days when God watched over me,
