If I rejoice because my wealth was great, and because my hand had gotten much;

If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, And because my hand had gained much;

if I rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, And because my hand had gotten much;

If I rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because my hand had gotten much;

If I have rejoiced over my great riches, and because my hand had gotten much.

If I rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

if I have rejoiced because my wealth was abundant or because my hand had found much,

If I enjoyed being very rich because my hand had found great [wealth]....

if I have rejoiced because my wealth is great or because my own hand has acquired so much,

if I've found joy in great wealth that I own, if I've earned a lot with my own hands,

if I have rejoiced because of the extent of my wealth, or because of the great wealth my hand had gained,

If I have gloated because my wealth was great, And because my hand had secured so much;

if I have rejoiced over my great wealth, the fortune my hands had gained,

Have I gloated about my wealth and all that I own?

If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because my hand had gained much;

If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because my hand had gotten much;

When I was very rich, I was not proud about it. I did not think that I had worked hard to deserve it.

If I rejoice because great [is] my wealth, And because abundance hath my hand found,

if I have had pride because of my many riches and have received much by my hand,

If I have exulted in my immense wealth (for I had accumulated so much),

if my happiness depends on wealth,

Have I rejoiced in my great wealth and the abundance of riches in my possession?

I have not celebrated my great wealth or the riches my hands had gained.

“Did I set my heart on making big money or worship at the bank? Did I boast about my wealth, show off because I was well-off? Was I ever so awed by the sun’s brilliance and moved by the moon’s beauty That I let myself become seduced by them and worshiped them on the sly? If so, I would deserve the worst of punishments, for I would be betraying God himself.

I have not ·celebrated [exulted in] my great wealth or the ·riches [substance] my hands had gained.

if I rejoiced because of my great wealth or because of the abundance my hand acquired,

if I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, or because my hand had gotten much;

And I’m happy because I’m so wealthy. I’m glad because my hands have earned so much.

if I took joy in my great wealth, in my having acquired so much;

I have been wealthy, but that didn’t make me proud. I earned a lot of money, but that is not what made me happy.

I have not celebrated my great wealth. I have not celebrated that my hands had gained riches.
