si direxerit ad eum cor suum spiritum illius et flatum ad se trahet
If he set his heart on man, if he gather to himself his spirit and his breath;
If he should set his heart upon man, if he should gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
If He should set His heart on it, If He should gather to Himself His Spirit and His breath,
If He set His heart upon man, if He gather unto Himself his Spirit and his breath,
If he set his heart upon himself, If he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
If he only thought of himself, and gathered unto him his spirit and his breath,
If he turn his heart to him, he shall draw his spirit and breath unto himself.
If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
If he should set his heart to it and gather to himself his spirit and his breath,
If he thought only of himself and withdrew his Spirit and his breath,
If He put His mind to it and withdrew the spirit and breath He gave,
If he were to decide to do so, that is, to take back to himself his spirit and breath of life,
If God were to set his heart on it, and gather in his spirit and his breath,
"If He should determine to do so, If He should gather to Himself His spirit and His breath,
If it were his intention and he withdrew his spirit and breath,
If God were to take back his spirit and withdraw his breath,
If he should set his heart upon man, if he should gather to himself his spirit and his breath;
If he set his heart on himself, If he gathered to himself his spirit and his breath,
God could decide to remove life from the world. He could take back his spirit and his breath.
If He doth set on him His heart, His spirit and his breath unto Him He gathereth.
If He should take back His spirit and His breath,
If He made it His aim to do so, if He recalled to Himself His spirit and His breath,
If God were to withdraw his Spirit,
If he were to take back his Spirit to himself and withdraw back into himself his breath,
If He should set His heart on it, If He should gather to Himself His spirit and His breath,
If he were to set his heart upon man and gather unto himself his spirit and his breath,
If he put his mind to it and withdrew the spirit and breath he gave,
If [God] should set His heart upon him [man] and withdraw His [life-giving] spirit and His breath [from man] to Himself,
If God should decide to take away life and breath,
“You’re veterans in dealing with these matters; certainly we’re of one mind on this. It’s impossible for God to do anything evil; no way can the Mighty One do wrong. He makes us pay for exactly what we’ve done—no more, no less. Our chickens always come home to roost. It’s impossible for God to do anything wicked, for the Mighty One to subvert justice. He’s the one who runs the earth! He cradles the whole world in his hand! If he decided to hold his breath, every man, woman, and child would die for lack of air.
If God resolved in his heart to recall his spirit and breath to himself,
If he should take back his spirit to himself, and gather to himself his breath,
If God took back the breath of life,
If God (ad)dresseth his heart to him, he shall draw to himself his spirit and blast. (If God directed his heart towards people, and he drew back his spirit and his breath unto himself;)
If God took back the breath that he breathed into us,
If he should take back his spirit to himself, and gather to himself his breath,
If he should take back his spirit to himself and gather to himself his breath,
If he should take back his spirit to himself, and gather to himself his breath,
If he were to decide to do it— to gather his spirit and breath back to himself—
“If God should determine to do so, If He should gather to Himself [that is, withdraw from man] His [life-giving] spirit and His breath,
If he should set his heart to it and gather to himself his spirit and his breath,
If he were to set his mind to it, gather to himself his spirit and breath,
If He were to determine to do so, If He were to gather His spirit and His breath to Himself,
If God should ·decide [L set his mind/heart to himself] to take away ·life [L spirit] and breath,
“If He were to set His heart on it, and gather to Himself His Ruach and breath,
If he should take back his spirit to himself, and gather to himself his breath,
If he really wanted to, he could hold back his spirit and breath.
If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
If he were to take back man’s heart to himself, if he gathered to himself his spirit and breath;
If he should take back his spirit to himself, and gather to himself his breath,
If He should so determine, if He gather unto Himself His Ruach and His Neshamah,
If he thought only of himself and withdrew his Spirit and his breath,
If He sets His heart on man, if He gathers unto Himself His Spirit and His breath,
If God decided to take away his spirit and the breath of life he gave us,
God could decide to take away his spirit and breath.
If he should set his heart to it, and he should gather his spirit and his breath to himself,
If it were his intention and he withdrew his spirit and breath,
