ipso enim concedente pacem quis est qui condemnet ex quo absconderit vultum quis est qui contempletur eum et super gentem et super omnes homines
When he gives quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hides his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:
When he gives quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hides his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:
When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:
When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:
When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hides His face, who then can see Him, Whether it is against a nation or a man alone?—
When He giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hideth His face, who then can behold Him, whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only?—
When he giveth quietness, who then can condemn? And when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? Alike whether it be done unto a nation, or unto a man:
When he giveth quietness, who then will disturb? and when he hideth his face, who shall behold him? and this towards a nation, or towards a man alike;
For when he granteth peace, who is there that can condemn? When he hideth his countenance, who is there that can behold him, whether it regard nations, or all men?
When he giveth quietness, who then can condemn? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done unto a nation, or unto a man, alike:
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or a man?—
If he keeps quiet, who can condemn him? If he hides his face, who can see him whether it is a nation or a single person?
But when God is silent, who can declare Him guilty? When He hides His face, who can see Him? Yet He watches over both individuals and nations,
"If he remains silent, who will condemn him? If he conceals his face, who can see him? He watches over both nation and individual alike,
But if God is quiet, who can condemn him? If he hides his face, then who can see him? Yet he is over the individual and the nation alike,
When He keeps quiet, who then can condemn? And when He hides His face, who then can behold Him, That is, in regard to both nation and man?--
But if he remains silent, who can condemn him? If he hides his face, who can see him? Yet he is over individual and nation alike,
But if he chooses to remain quiet, who can criticize him? When he hides his face, no one can find him, whether an individual or a nation.
When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:
When he gives quietness, who then can condemn? When he hides his face, who then can see him? Alike whether to a nation, or to a man,
But if God decides to do nothing, no one can say that he is wrong. If he hides himself, no one can see him. But he still rules over people and over nations.
And He giveth rest, and who maketh wrong? And hideth the face, and who beholdeth it? And in reference to a nation and to a man, [It is] the same.
When He keeps quiet, who can say He is wrong? When He hides His face, who can see Him? But He is over both nation and man.
If God remains silent, who is fit to raise his voice against Him? If He chooses to hide His face, who is able to see Him? This goes for a nation or an individual; all are the same.
Yet when he chooses not to speak, who can criticize? Again, he may prevent a vile man from ruling, thus saving a nation from ruin, and he can depose an entire nation just as easily.
“But if he remains silent and no one can condemn him, and if he hides his face so that no one can behold him, it is because he rules over nations and individuals
So if He keeps quiet, who then can condemn? So if He hides His face, who then can perceive Him? He is above both nation and man altogether,
When he gives rest, who then can make trouble? If he hides his face, who then can behold him? This applies to a nation and the same to a man,
But when God is silent, who can declare him guilty? When he hides his face, who can see him? Yet he watches over both individuals and nations,
When He gives quietness (peace and security from oppression), who then can condemn? When He hides His face [withdrawing His favor and help], who then can behold Him [and make Him gracious], whether it be a nation or a man by himself?—
But if God keeps quiet, who can blame him? If he hides his face, who can see him? God still rules over both nations and persons alike.
“If God is silent, what’s that to you? If he turns his face away, what can you do about it? But whether silent or hidden, he’s there, ruling, so that those who hate God won’t take over and ruin people’s lives.
But if God remains quiet, who can condemn him? If he hides his face, who can observe him? But even if he does, he still rules over both nations and individuals,
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or an individual?—
If God decided to do nothing at all, no one could criticize him. If he hid his face, we would be helpless.
For when he granteth peace, who is it that condemneth him? And since he hideth his cheer, who is (it) that seeth him? And on folks, and on all men, he hath power to do such things. (And if he granteth peace, who is it that condemneth him? But when he hideth his face, then who can find him? And he hath power to do such things over the nations, yea, over all people.)
When God does nothing, can any person or nation find fault with him?
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or a man?—
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him? Whether nation or person, it is the same—
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or an individual?—
Still, if he remains quiet, who can condemn; if he hides his face, who can see him?
“When He keeps quiet, who then can condemn? When He hides His face [withdrawing His favor and help], who then can behold Him [and make supplication to Him], Whether it be a nation or a man by himself?—
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or a man?—
If he is silent, who then can condemn? If he hides his face, who then can behold him, whether nation or individual?
When He keeps quiet, who can condemn? And when He hides His face, who then can look at Him, That is, regarding both nation and a person?—
But if God keeps quiet, who can blame him? If he hides his face, who among nations or people can see him?
“But if He is quiet, who can condemn Him? If He hides His face, who can see Him? Yet He is over a nation and an individual alike,
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or a man?—
But if he remains silent, who can judge him? If he turns his face away, who can see him? He rules over individual people and nations alike.
When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:
“But if God is silent, who can accuse him; if he hides his face, who can see him? He may do this to nations and persons alike,
When he is quiet, who can condemn? When he hides his face, who can behold him, whether it be a nation or an individual?—
When He giveth quietness, who then can condemn? When He hideth His panim, who then can behold Him? Whether it be a nation, or an individual only?
If he keeps quiet, who can condemn him? If he hides his face, who can see him whether it is a nation or a single person?
When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hides His face, who then can behold Him, whether it is done against a nation or against a man only?
But if God decides not to help them, no one can judge him guilty. If he hides himself, no one can find him. He is the ruler over every person and nation.
But if God keeps quiet, who can blame him? If he hides his face, no one can see him. But God still rules over both men and nations.
but he remains quiet, and who can condemn? And he hides his face, and who can behold him? Yet he is over a nation and over a person alike,
But if he remains silent, who can condemn him? If he hides his face, who can see him? Yet he is over individual and nation alike,
