Now therefore be content, look on me; for it is evident to you if I lie.

Now do me the favor of looking at me; look me in my face; I will not lie to your face.
Look at me! Would I lie to your face?
“Therefore, now I beg you to look at me, for I will not lie to your face.
So now be willing to face me, And see if I lie to your face.
Now, therefore, if ye desire, look upon me and see if I shall lie in your presence.
But now, please look at me; I will not lie to your face.
Now be pleased to look upon me, that it may be evident to you if I lie [for surely I would not lie to your face].
“But now please look at me. I would not lie to your face.
“Look me in the eyes! Do you think I’d lie to your face? Think it over—no double-talk! Think carefully—my integrity is on the line! Can you detect anything false in what I say? Don’t you trust me to discern good from evil?”
But now, please look at me. I would not lie to your face!
“But now, be pleased to look at me; for I will not lie to your face.
Look me in the face. I won't lie.
Nevertheless fulfill ye that, that ye have begun; and give ye your ear, or hearing, and see ye, whether I lie.

“Now be so kind as to look at me; I will not lie to your face.

“But now please look at me. Would I tell you a lie right here in front of you?
Now therefore be content, look upon me; for it is evident unto you if I lie.
“So now, I beg you, look at me! Would I lie to your face?
‘But now, be pleased to look at me; for I will not lie to your face.
Now therefore be pleased to look upon me; for it is evident unto you if in me there is kazav (falsity).
“But now, if you’re willing, look at me. I won’t lie to your face.
“And now, please give me your attention, for surely I will not lie to you.
Now, look me in the face, and see that I am telling the truth!
“But now please look at me. I would not lie to your face.
“Therefore be prepared, turn to me, and I surely will not lie to your face.
‘But now be so kind as to look at me. Would I lie to your face?
