si fortitudo quaeritur robustissimus est si aequitas iudicii nemo pro me audet testimonium dicere
If I speak of strength, see, he is strong: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of justice, who shall set me a time to plead?
If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
If it is a matter of strength, indeed He is strong; And if of justice, who will appoint my day in court?
If I speak of strength, lo, He is strong; and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
If we speak of strength, lo, he is mighty! And if of justice, Who,'saith he , will summon me?
Be it a question of strength, lo, he is strong; and be it of judgment, who will set me a time?
If strength be demanded, he is most strong: if equity of judgment, no man dare bear witness for me.
If we speak of the strength of the mighty, lo, he is there! and if of judgment, who will appoint me a time?
If it is a contest of strength, behold, he is mighty! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If it is a matter of strength, then he is the mighty one. If it is about justice, who will charge me with a crime?
If it is a matter of strength, look, He is the Mighty One! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon Him?
"Is this a contest of strength? He is obviously stronger! Is this a matter of justice? Who can sue him?
If it is a matter of strength, most certainly he is the strong one! And if it is a matter of justice, he will say, 'Who will summon me?'
"If it is a matter of power, behold, He is the strong one! And if it is a matter of justice, who can summon Him?
If it is a matter of strength, he is mighty! And if it is a matter of justice, who can challenge him?
If it's a question of strength, he's the strong one. If it's a matter of justice, who dares to summon him to court?
If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
If it is a matter of strength, behold, he is mighty! If of justice, 'Who,' says he, 'will summon me?'
If I tried to fight God, he is much stronger than I am. And if I ask for justice, who can bring God to court?
If of power, lo, the Strong One; And if of judgment -- who doth convene me?
If it is a question of power, see, He is the strong one! If it is a question of what is right and fair, who can call Him to a trial?
If it is an issue of power, there is no question He is the mighty one; and if it is an issue of justice, who would ever appoint me?
He alone is strong and just.
“If it is a contest of strength, I cannot compete with him. If it is a matter of judgment, who can summon him to present his evidence?
If it is a matter of power, behold, He is the mighty one! And if it is a matter of justice, who can make Him testify?
If we were to speak of his strength, he is certainly strong; and if of his judgment, who shall cause us to meet?
If it is a matter of strength, look, he is the powerful one! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If I speak of strength, behold, He is mighty! And if of justice, Who, says He, will summon Me?
When it comes to strength, God is stronger than I; when it comes to justice, no one can accuse him.
“So how could I ever argue with him, construct a defense that would influence God? Even though I’m innocent I could never prove it; I can only throw myself on the Judge’s mercy. If I called on God and he himself answered me, then, and only then, would I believe that he’d heard me. As it is, he knocks me about from pillar to post, beating me up, black-and-blue, for no good reason. He won’t even let me catch my breath, piles bitterness upon bitterness. If it’s a question of who’s stronger, he wins, hands down! If it’s a question of justice, who’ll serve him the subpoena? Even though innocent, anything I say incriminates me; blameless as I am, my defense just makes me sound worse.
If it is a question of strength, he definitely is the strong one. If it is a question of jurisdiction, who can summon him?
If it is a contest of strength, he is the strong one! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
Should I try force? Try force on God? Should I take him to court? Could anyone make him go?
If strength is sought, he is most strong; and if equity of doom is sought, no man dare yield witnessing for me (and if justice is sought, no one shall dare give testimony for me).
God is much stronger than I am, and who would call me into court to give me justice?
If it is a contest of strength, behold him! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If it is a contest of strength, he is the strong one! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If it is a contest of strength, he is the strong one! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If the issue is strength—behold power! If justice—who calls God to meet me?
“If it is a matter of strength and power, behold, He is mighty! And if of justice, who can summon and challenge Him?
If it is a contest of strength, behold, he is mighty! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If it be a question of strength, he is mighty; or of judgment, who will call him to account?
If it is a matter of power, behold, He is the strong one! And if it is a matter of justice, who can summon Him?
·When [or If] it comes to ·strength [power], God is stronger than I; ·when [or if] it comes to ·justice [or judgment], no one can ·accuse [testify against] him.
If it is a question of strength— certainly, He is the mighty One! If it is a matter of justice— who will summon me?
If it is a contest of strength, behold him! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If it’s a matter of strength, he is mighty! And if it’s a matter of being fair, who would dare to bring charges against him?
If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
If it’s a matter of force, look how mighty he is; if justice, who can summon him to court?
If it is a contest of strength, he is the strong one! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?
If I speak of ko’ach, hinei, He is mighty, and if of mishpat, who can give Him a court summons?
If it is a matter of strength, then he is the mighty one. If it is about justice, who will charge me with a crime?
If it is a matter of strength, indeed, He is strong; and if of justice, who will set me a time to plead?
I cannot defeat God. He is too powerful! I cannot take him to court for justice. Who could force him to come?
When it comes to strength, God is stronger than I. And when it comes to justice, no one can accuse him!
If it is a matter of strength, look, he is mighty. But if it is a matter of justice, who can summon me?
If it is a matter of strength, he is mighty! And if it is a matter of justice, who can challenge him?
