And the men of the city say to him on the seventh day, before the sun goeth in: -- `What [is] sweeter than honey? And what stronger than a lion?' And he saith to them: `Unless ye had ploughed with my heifer, Ye had not found out my riddle.'
So the men of the city said to Samson before the sun went down on the seventh day, “What is more sweet than honey? What is stronger than a lion?” Samson said to them, “If you had not plowed with my young cow, you would not have found the answer.”
so that before the sun went down on the last day of the feast, they knew the answer. Thirty Men: What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion? Samson: If you hadn’t gone behind my back with my wife, you would never have found the answer to this riddle.
So before sunset of the seventh day they gave him their reply. “What is sweeter than honey?” they asked, “and what is stronger than a lion?” “If you hadn’t plowed with my heifer, you wouldn’t have found the answer to my riddle!” he retorted.
On the seventh day, before sunset, the men from the city said to him, “What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?” He said to them, “You would not have figured out my riddle if you had not plowed with my heifer.”
So the men of the city said to him on the seventh day before the sun went down, “What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion?” And he said to them, “If you had not plowed with my heifer, You would not have found out my riddle.”
And the men of the city said unto him on the seventh day before the sun went down, What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion? And he said unto them, If ye had not plowed with my heifer, ye would have never discovered my enigma.

And they said to him in the seventh day before the going down of the sun, What is sweeter than honey, and what is stronger than a lion? And he said to them, If ye had not eared, or busied you, in my cow calf, that is, my wife, ye had not found (out) my proposition. (And so on the seventh day, before the going down of the sun, they said to him, What is sweeter than honey, and stronger than a lion? And he said to them, If ye had not busied yourselves with my cow calf, that is, with my wife, ye would not have solved my riddle.)
Before sunset that day, the men of the town went to Samson with this answer: A lion is the strongest— honey is the sweetest! Samson replied, This answer you have given me doubtless came from my bride-to-be.
And the men of the city said to him on the seventh day before the sun went down, “What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?” And he said to them, “If you had not plowed with my heifer, you would not have found out my riddle.”

Before sunset on the seventh day of the feast the men of the town spoke to Samson. They said, “What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?” Samson said to them, “You have plowed with my young cow. If you hadn’t, you wouldn’t have known the answer to my riddle.”

Then, before sundown on the seventh day, the men of the city said to him, “What is sweeter than honey? and what is stronger than a lion?” Shimshon answered, “If you hadn’t plowed with my young cow, you wouldn’t have solved my riddle now.”
The men of the town said to him on the seventh day before the sun went down, ‘What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?’ And he said to them, ‘If you had not ploughed with my heifer, you would not have found out my riddle.’
And the anshei haIr said unto him on the yom hashevi’i before the sun went down, What is sweeter than devash? And what is stronger than an ari? And he said unto them, If ye had not plowed with my heifer, ye had not hit upon my khidah.
So before sundown on the seventh day, the men of the city said to him, “What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?” Samson replied, “If you hadn’t used my cow to plow, you wouldn’t know my riddle now.”
So on the seventh day before sunset, the men of the city said to Samson, “What is sweeter than honey, and what is stronger than a lion?” Then he said to them, “If you had not plowed with my heifer, you would not have solved my riddle.”
So before the sun went down on the seventh day of the party, the Philistine men had the answer. They came to Samson and said, “What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?” Then Samson said to them, “If you had not plowed with my cow, you would not have solved my riddle!”
