ergo nunc beatos dicimus arrogantes siquidem aedificati sunt facientes impietatem et temptaverunt Deum et salvi facti sunt
And now we call the proud happy; yes, they that work wickedness are set up; yes, they that tempt God are even delivered.
And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are raised up; yea, they that test God are even delivered.
And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.

And now we hold the proud for happy; yea, they that work wickedness are built up; yea, they tempt God, and they escape.
Wherefore now we call the proud people happy, for they that work wickedness are built up, and they have tempted God and are preserved.
And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are built up; yea, they tempt God, and are delivered.
And now we call the arrogant blessed. Evildoers not only prosper but they put God to the test and they escape.’”
So now we call arrogant people blessed. Not only are evildoers encouraged, they even test God and get away with it.'"
So now we consider the arrogant to be fortunate. Not only do those who commit wickedness prosper, they even test God and escape."
and, 'Now we call the arrogant one blessed. Those who do evil prosper and those who challenge God escape the consequences.'"
So now we consider the arrogant to be happy; indeed, those who practice evil are successful. In fact, those who challenge God escape!'"
'So now we call the arrogant blessed; not only are the doers of wickedness built up but they also test God and escape.'"
But now we call the arrogant blessed. Certainly evildoers prosper, and even when they put God to the test, they get away with it.'"

Now we call the proud happy; yes, those who work wickedness are built up; yes, they tempt God, and escape.'
But it is proud people that God blesses! Yes, it is the people who do evil things who become rich! God does not even punish people who like to test him. That is what we think.” ’
And now, we are declaring the proud happy, Yea, built up have been those doing wickedness, Yea they have tempted God, and escape.'
So now we say that it is good to be proud. Not only are sinners doing well, but they put God to the test and get away with it.’”

From now on, as far as we’re concerned, “Blessed are the arrogant.” For those who do evil shall prosper, and those who dare God to punish them shall get off scot-free.’”

So we say that proud people are happy. Evil people succeed. They challenge God and get away with it.’”
“When you said, ‘It doesn’t pay to serve God. What do we ever get out of it? When we did what he said and went around with long faces, serious about God-of-the-Angel-Armies, what difference did it make? Those who take life into their own hands are the lucky ones. They break all the rules and get ahead anyway. They push God to the limit and get by with it.’”
Now we will call the arrogant blessed. Even evildoers are built up. They even test God and get away with it.”
Now we count the arrogant happy; evildoers not only prosper, but when they put God to the test they escape.”
As we see it, proud people are the ones who are happy. Evil people not only prosper, but they test God's patience with their evil deeds and get away with it.’”
