We will not allow our daughters to marry the inhabitants of the land or allow their daughters to marry our sons.

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

"We will not give our daughters in marriage to the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons.

"We will not give our daughters in marriage to the neighboring peoples, and we will not take their daughters in marriage for our sons.

and that we will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

"We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the peoples around us or take their daughters for our sons.

"We promise not to let our daughters marry the pagan people of the land, and not to let our sons marry their daughters.

And that we would not give our daughters to the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:

and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

They said, ‘We promise not to let our daughters marry the foreign people of this land. We will not let our sons marry their daughters.

and that we give not our daughters to the peoples of the land, and their daughters we take not to our sons;

We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the people of the land, or take their daughters for our sons.

Our daughters will not be married to the sons of any of our foreign neighbors. We will not allow our sons to marry their daughters.

We also agreed not to let our daughters marry non-Jewish men and not to let our sons marry non-Jewish girls.

have now joined their brothers, the nobles, and with a solemn oath have sworn to follow the law of God which was given through Moses, the servant of God, and to observe and obey all the commandments, the rules, and the statutes of the Lord, our Lord.

The rest of the people, priests, Levites, security guards, singers, Temple staff, and all who separated themselves from the foreign neighbors to keep The Revelation of God, together with their wives, sons, daughters—everyone old enough to understand—all joined their noble kinsmen in a binding oath to follow The Revelation of God given through Moses the servant of God, to keep and carry out all the commandments of God our Master, all his decisions and standards. Thus: We will not marry our daughters to our foreign neighbors nor let our sons marry their daughters.

We promise to keep these points: We will not give our daughters in marriage to the peoples of the land, and we will not take their daughters for marriage to our sons.

We will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons;

We will not intermarry with the foreigners living in our land.

and that we should not give our daughters to the people of the land, and that we should not take their daughters to our sons. (and that we shall not give our daughters to be wives for the peoples of the land, and that we shall not take their daughters as wives for our sons.)

We won't let our sons and daughters marry foreigners.

Here is what the priests, Levites and people said. “We promise not to let our daughters marry men from the nations around us. And we promise not to let their daughters marry our sons.

joined their kinsmen and their leaders in swearing an oath, accompanied by a curse [in case of noncompliance], as follows: “We will live by God’s Torah, given by Moshe the servant of God, and will perform and obey all the mitzvot, rulings and laws of Adonai our Lord.

They said: We promise not to let our daughters marry foreigners. And we promise not to let our sons marry their daughters.
