Murderers are different. You must kill a murderer. Maybe someone hits another person with a heavy iron tool. If the person dies, the murderer must also die.
`And if with an instrument of iron he hath smitten him, and he dieth, he [is] a murderer: the murderer is certainly put to death.
‘But if he killed him with an iron object, then he is guilty. For sure the killer will be put to death.
If someone picks up an instrument—iron, stone, wood, whatever—and batters somebody else so badly that the victim dies, or if he otherwise kills with intent (fatally pushes with hatred or throws an object from some hidden place that kills its target), the perpetrator is guilty of murder. His punishment is death in return, and someone shall be assigned to kill him. The one to carry out this death penalty is called the “blood avenger.” Whenever the avenger has a chance to kill the murderer, he should do so.
“But if someone is struck and killed by a piece of iron, it must be presumed to be murder, and the murderer must be executed.
“ ‘If someone strikes another with an iron object to kill him, then he is a murderer. The murderer will be put to death.
‘But if he struck him down with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death.

“If, however, any of you use a weapon of iron or stone or wood to kill someone, you are guilty of murder and are to be put to death.
If any man smiteth a man with (a thing of) iron, and he that is smitten is dead, the smiter shall be guilty of manslaying, and he shall die. (If anyone striketh someone with a thing of iron, and he who is struck dieth, the striker shall be guilty of manslaughter, and he must be put to death.)
Suppose you hit someone with a piece of iron or a large stone or a dangerous wooden tool. If that person dies, then you are a murderer and must be put to death

“If you use an iron weapon to kill someone, you are a murderer, and you must die.
“‘If a person uses an iron weapon to kill someone, he is a murderer. He must be put to death.
“‘But if he hit him with an object of iron, so that he dies, the killer must surely be put to death.
‘“If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death.
