There is a brook along the way. He will stop there and drink; And when he is finished, he will raise his head.
But he himself shall be refreshed from springs along the way.

The king will drink from the brook on the way. Then he will be strengthened.
God gave his word and he won’t take it back: you’re the permanent priest, the Melchizedek priest. The Lord stands true at your side, crushing kings in his terrible wrath, Bringing judgment on the nations, handing out convictions wholesale, crushing opposition across the wide earth. The King-Maker put his King on the throne; the True King rules with head held high!
He will drink from a stream beside the way; therefore, he will lift up his head.
He will drink from the stream by the path; therefore he will lift up his head.
The king will drink from the stream by the road, and strengthened, he will stand victorious.
He drank of the strand in the way; therefore he enhanced the head. (The king shall drink from the stream beside the way; and then he shall hold up his head in victory/and then he shall hold his head up high.)
He will drink from any stream that he chooses, while winning victory after victory.
